Dont use, they will take your deposit, you will win and then they will never pay out, they just send an email everyday asking for details to pay to, you send them then they never acknowledge and you have the same email every day.

Unsure why after losing thousands of pounds I've never ever had a win or bonus round or anything near a fair "random number generated outcome" I've asked the gambling commission to review their game outcomes as I've been playing for over a year and nothing to date and other colleagues and acquaintances have never won anything. It's seem strange or just coincidental that the "random number generator" have failed to shine on them too?!

I tried to verify my identity as I withdrew my winnings and they keep declining everything I have sent in. I've sent driving license, passport, bank statement and utility bill.
It seems reading the reviews that they do anything they can to not pay winnings.

Decent enough & enjoyable experience. Good customer support via Live chat and email. Withdrawal took one working day, though this time frame was advised. Absolute scam, I joined yesterday depositing £15 to get my free £10 bet. The free bet never appeared, the online chat was no help whatsoever, just politely giving me the runaround. Beware, do no sign up.

Never really had any issues with this site soon as I have a decent win they hold back my money asked me to send documents 4 Times.(Christmas time may have a part to play in this) Although this is frustrating I do have faith they will sort out the issue at hand

Won't release my money, asking for 'proof of closure document' from bank for old bank cards that I lost and they kept on my account. The bank says they don't provide this letter . Betiton have confiscated my funds for the last 2 weeks now, unable to use or withdraw. Also they don't provide the free bets they say they would when you bet £10. Avoid, it's clearly a scam.

Edit- the bank have now provided said letter, betiton have had this for 2 days and still haven't paid

Do not go near this site they have you off in every way possible! I had £20 on number 26 with x200 on it should have won 4000 and they paid me £600 and fobbed me off by saying I didn’t enable a certain thing, stay clear away of it they will just rob your money

Had 2 winners on the horses. No money being paid out. 144 euros . Fobbed off by on-line staff. Disgrace of a site. Avoid don't be caught like me and others.

Was a bit apprehensive given the reviews but I had no issues whatsoever. They’re regulated so cannot be a “scam” like others suggested. I had no issues signing up but they do have a deposit fee which is a bit inconvenient. Wasn’t awarded the Free Bet but went on to Live Chat and was awarded one no problem at all. Did take a day and a half to withdraw my winnings to my bank but had no problems with withdrawing anything. Probably best sticking with the mainstream bookies generally but these guys were fine

They are an absolute disgrace, charge you for a deposit, then try to block any withdrawal, they are the worst company i have encountered
