This company scams people. They run offers to try apps, and they don’t pay 90% of the time. I’ve had problem after problem with them. I’ve showed them proof that I’ve completed certain offers and they still won’t pay. Complete scam company, stay far away from anything they’re involved in.

The worst ‘gambling’ site I have ever come across. The welcome offer is misleading, the win ratio is non-existent and after speaking to Stavros on the customer support chat they are also blunt and rude.

Been fighting with Customer Support for nearly 2 months trying to withdraw my winnings. Every attempt via e transfer or wire transfer has failed and takes over a week "in process" each time. I have lost count of the amount of times that I've been told that "my issue has been escalated to the proper team", and I have only heard from them once since March 15th, with no follow up. Save your money, don't use this site, because even on the off chance that you do win, you will not get your winnings. How this site has an Ontario iGaming accreditation is absolutely beyond me.

Betition are legit, I received welcome bonus and had some nice offers since. Bookies should not just be used for bonuses however because it's all about a bit of give and take. Hopefully my experiences with these continues. I joined this casino and tried the welcome bonus on a deposit of 50.00. I like to bet high because you don’t win anything worth withdrawing unless you do. Long story short. I managed to beat the 35x wagering and won 2500.00. I go to withdraw and it’s declined stating because I bet over 4.00 for the bonus that I cannot withdraw more than my initial deposit. So they declined 2450.00. And then proceeded to ask for all these documents for 50.00.

Do not play here. Again Betty offers fast withdrawals something this site claimed, but didn’t honour. They refused my winnings. On other sites max bets aren’t allowed prior to playing not after. I can upload my withdrawal notice, their reply and the withdrawal notification they made on my behalf for 50.00.

Save your money! I only tried here because it’s supposed to be legal with Ontario but this is the first gaming site that declined my winnings when I played the 35x which on 50.00 is $1,750. At any point I still could’ve lost the 50 bonus. But I win so they say no.

The worst of all the online slots I’ve tried so far. Playing one game I had a pop up saying the bonus was triggered, then nothing happened. Customer service said it was just a “visual glitch” but technically every is fine. If you’re a slot player you know how exciting it is to trigger the bonus, to me that is a huge issue. They said to just keep trying and see if problem persists.

Free bet not honoured until I asked customer support about it. They probably do this so people don't bother claiming their free bets. Customer support said it had been reapplied to account but betting form is not working properly on cell/mobile to even check if that's the case, keeps saying login before betting. Could be cookies but can't clear them individually and don't want that faff resetting preferences on all sites. Best to avoid! I've had this before with small betting sites it's how they con you. Stick to the big bookies the rest are a waste of time.

Don't honour their free bets. Customer service is abysmal. Been on live chat 3 times and took nearly an hour to reply. By the time I'd seen their reply they close the chat. Don't want to help at all.
