Bestway selling stock they don't have
We have purchased a pool direct from bestway stores this was shown in stock and delivey within 5 working days it's been 3 days and the status hasn't changed from order confirmed made contact with customer services zero help they don't know what's happening with the order doesn't even know if they have stock of the item very quick to take £420 but not very keen to answer questions.they have said they will speak to the warehouse next week then they will let me know an updated delivery date this is what I agreed to ive purchased a product in good faith.i requested a manger to escalate this to get further information but there is no manager available to talk to customer services write an email to the manager who will review that and offer feed back to the person that emailed them bit bias and underhand it demonstrates that bestway sell items they don't actually have and leave customers sitting around with no clue what's happening and their money gone.
Stay clear purchase these items from real stores you will get a far better service. Ignore the automated reply from bestway on these reviews they are not doing anything just trying to make an impression on people reading reviews before purchasing.intex far better service honesty support the very opposite of bestway certainly not the market leaders.

Ordered a 12ft pool with ladders needed it for sons physio everything went through ok all excited kids was to get a email day later saying confirmation that I cancelled order which I did not and i have proof 1hr on customer service to be told they would get back to me did they hell as like very very poor company and customer service dont buy from them go else were

Very disappointing that they haven’t even dispatched my order on the 4th day of the 2-5day delivery period. Not a chance it will arrive in that time.

Pool sand filter has stopped working within warranty period. It takes them 7-10 days to reply to every email. Once you reply you go to the back of the line and have to wait another 7-10 days. Problem is they are asking for information they already have…..

Asked to speak to a manager & was told they wouldn’t speak to me, so I asked to make a complaint and was told if I sent an email I’d go to the back of the line again and have to wait another 7-10 days.

Absolutely most disgusting company I've ever dealt with, that has a non existent after care service and does not honour any warranty! would never buy anything from this company again. would not recommend at all.

Please avoid buying from this company. I bought a filter for an inflatable pool that I realised on arrival I didn’t need.
I returned it via Evri as per the instructions. Evri have confirmed it arrived.
2 weeks later I am still yet to receive a refund. I have repeatedly asked them what is happening - they never return emails. There is no way of calling them. I keep emailing and it says that they will respond within 3-5 days. They never do.
Unacceptably bad.
Please avoid.

Purchased a sand filter broke on first use raised a warranty claim 2nd June asked for more info gave it and still have a broken filter. Then additionally purchased a pool heater used with old filter and ran ok for a week and half before catching on fire melting the plug and socket and tripping the house. Raised a claim still nothing warranty claims are shocking. I complained about the filter on here asked for info to make it look like they car and then nothing other than need more info. I have the info nearly a week ago but still nothing. Shocking customer service.

The order was never delivered. The courier used couldn’t be rearranged or contacted either. Item was lost so they couldn’t give a refund after a month so luckily I’d paid with Klarna so raised a dispute with them. Only then did they refund. Avoid at all costs.

Happy with initial purchase, but needed to return (not through any fault but no longer required) this was in May, I’m still waiting for a refund. No one is responding to emails either. I’ve sent evidence that it was posted and arrived and yet no refund has been received.

Customer service was excellent, a refreshing change, delivery took a couple of days but thats common with all companies I find.

It takes around an hour to get through to customer service by phone, and they quote 7–10 working days just to respond to an email. After waiting more than two weeks for my swimming pool order to arrive, I ended up ordering the exact same pool from Amazon, which was delivered the very next day.

When the Bestway delivery finally arrived, I rejected it because I no longer needed it. I'm still waiting to hear how to return the additional items, such as the pool cover, as the returns process is far from straightforward.

Overall, the customer service, communication, delivery times, and returns process have all been extremely disappointing. I would avoid purchasing directly from Bestway and would recommend buying through a retailer instead.

Best way Store were great shame about the delivering company.

I placed an order on 26/5 and it said 2-4 working days delivery. I have rung three different times to be told there is a problem with their warehouse/ courier system. I have been told I will have an email or call back different times no one communicates back ever. I rung today and they have said the item is out of stock ( but they are selling them online as still in stock) and that they will cancel my order. I feel lied to I asked many times is the items in stock to be told they are and they obviously aren't. I ask to speak to someone higher on the phone and I was told I wasn't guaranteed someone will call back. The last two people who I have spoken to shouldn't work in customer services they are so rude. Its disappointing to be treated this way.

Update 12/6 - yesterday they cancelled my order.

Ordered a pool 2 weeks ago and still not turned up I have called and have just been told that there has been issues with the couriers which from the reviews I don’t think that’s the case as it’s not the first time. It was meant to get delivered today but a no show. I had to book a day off work today for no reason.

Great product but really poor customer service. Started a warranty claim 10 days ago. No response

Update 1.) so Bestway reached out on trustpilot asking for details. As of this morning no response still…. 13 days and no reply

Ordered a 12ft steel pro max pool directly from the bestway website on the 26th of may. Delivery was stated as 2-4 business days. As of today 6th of June I am yet to receive the product. I have emailed the company 3 times and had no response.

Update- pool arrived today the 10th of June. No response from bestway via emails or phone. Glad it has arrived.

Ordered a pool with 4-days delivery. Still not arrived 2 weeks later. Customer services unable to help and advise me just to “wait and hope”. Shambolic company.

I ordered May 25th No response from email I sent a week ago, they said 2-4 days delivery time on website well it’s been two weeks and all I have is the starter clean kit no pool disappointing there’s no difficulty for a business like this to send at least a generic apology to customers about the delay in delivery.
Before I ordered I searched on several places such as very and Amazon for example after this I decided it looked better for me to order three items together directly from best way for ease and delivery times stated don’t trust what their site says at least very stated on their site they would not have stock until 2nd of June I seriously wish I had ordered from elsewhere now it puts a bad taste in your mouth… they don’t care otherwise they would give you more than radio silence when they must know for a fact they over sold to what they can deliver on.. if they had integrity this would have been addressed!
