I honestly cannot fault this company. I had to change the ring I bought twice as the sizing was a little smaller than expected.
After sending back the refund or exchange was quickly offered and re delivered.
Customer service was excellent and really have nothing to fault at all.

I bought a ring which has broken. I emailed them over 12 weeks ago and have been completely ignored. I then messaged them on 27th July on Facebook messenger. I feel the customer service is poor and I am now stuck with a broken ring and the company ignoring me!

My partner ordered Birthday gift ring for me as I found stunning unusual vintage ring. Due to some circumstances we ordered ring few sizes small. Best to have had no problem to change it for a proper size not mention in this price ring has absolutely beautiful details and finish. Good quality and very good customer service. Thank and definitely will order again from this company!

Bought two matching titanium wedding rings and the company besttohave were amazing. Both rings top quality and fantastic price. My fiancées ring was to small, my mistake, sent it back and 6 days later new one arrived and there was a bank holiday in between. Customer service was speedy on emails. All in all i can highly recommend using besttohave.

I travelled round some really high end jewellers searching for a ring for my wedding in September. The stuff I found was middle of the road and very very expensive. On impulse I looked at Best To Have. Their choices were huge. Their sizing availability was the best I have found, my finger is Z+6. The quality of the ring that I have just had delivered is absolutely first class. The price was unbelievably low. My order was delivered within 2 working days and is absolutely eye watering. I will definitely be using Best To Have again and again and again.

Shocking customer service! Got a gorgeous ring for Xmas but the gem fell out within a week. Thought I may have just been unlucky so contacted them and they gave me the address and I posted it back first class. I asked them on email to let me know when it had arrived safely and they’d send a new ring in 7-10 days. It’s been a month now and I’ve sent too many emails. They take days to respond so you have to keep pushing email, they ignore your messages on Facebook and conveniently don’t have a phone line. They keep saying the rings not arrived nothing they can do even when I sent them proof of postage and that I just want a refund. I’m still pushing things now as guess what… no ring, no refund and STILL no email. Beyond furious and will not give up till we get our money back!

I brought a ring for my Partner after we had our fingers measured so brought the size from best to have and it was a little big. I got in touch and they were very helpful I brought a size smaller and asked if I could refund the other one and they sent me the address straight away and I sent it back and got a refund straight away. They have been very helpful and quick at responding to any queries I had. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you.

Bought my wedding ring from here and had a problem with the sizing as I stupidly ordered the wrong size. Emailed them straight away and they exchanged for required size, no messing, no excuses and very sympathetic as I was stressing like mad!
This company provide absolutely stunning rings (I can get the hubbies to match mine) at fantastic prices. We wanted something different, not the norm of a bog standard gold band and that's what we got. Pictures don't do them justice at all. Beautifully stunning rings that fitted our personality and affordable prices.
I will definitely be buying from this company again.

Bought a ring for my fiancé, arrived quickly and was of good quality but we weren't happy with the width (our fault) so we arranged a return and ordered another.
Again, the other arrived quickly and we're very happy with it!
Returns process was also quick and easy, didn't need to chase for a refund at all and was done within a few days of receipt.

Absolutely apauled by the service we've recieved. Our rings arrived and unfortunately my partners was too big so we sent all 3 of the set back and I enclosed a note with them requesting the correct size and asking if it was possible to exchange them for a different style. To then receive my partners back in the correct size and be told i didnt send them all back so now I have no wedding ring or engagement ring and don't have then funds to purchase a second set as they are refusing to accept I sent all of them back even though I sent them tracked and I know they have recieved them as they have read the note and sent the correct nens ring back. Very very disappointed with this company.

Ordered an item and it arrived to big, sent it back the same day recorded delivery and still 2 weeks later still haven’t received any refund emails at all, absolutely disgusting. I suggest nobody puts there trust into this company

Husband bought me a ring for our anniversary and stones have come out of it 3 times I’ve messaged customer service and no reply,had an update and they won’t fix or replace the faulty ring ,will not be purchasing anything else from Best To Have as cheap jewellery

My partner and I bought two Mens Blue Celtic Dragon rings from BestToHave. After seeing a lot of the same thing, it was lovely to see such an amazing selection of rings.

All was fine and I was recommended Tungsten for being quite a durable metal. Unfortunately, partly my own fault, the ring came off my finger as I was using some hand gel in my local art gallery. After picking it back up, the ring had a large chip in it and had a hairline crack through the middle. I'm not sure how durable rings should be, but its been upsetting that a simple drop means my ring is now damaged.
I emailed the customer services a few days ago and haven't had a response as of yet.

I will think twice before buying another unusual ring, maybe spend more and get something stronger / better quality next time.

This company has the best customer service I have experienced in a while. I brought couple rings, the sizes were wrong which was my error and I returned, within 7 days (this was over Christmas) I had an email explaining the exchanged rings were being dispatched and had the rings back, which were the right size. The rings are gorgeous too. So thank you very much we are very happy 😊. Will definitely recommend and will use this company again.

I must admit you have one of the best customer assistants departments I have contacted. Bought our rings and mines was the wrong size my mistake. However I got a fast email explaining what I was to do. Send it back got a replacement and a email letting me know it was resent out and arrived really quickly.!

ordered a ring for my husband it didn't fit I returned it no problem ordering another great customer service .sadly it was to slack still so I decided to ask for a refund which went into bank a few days after I returned it .would use again and recommend .

Stunning ring I saw on BestToHaves website, just right for the Hubby who has put a little weight on ha ha. Fingers like tree trunks!! Anyway, saw just the ring, ordered in their largest size Z+5 and it fits perfectly. They even dispatched the same day and he is now back married to me ha ha. Wonderful company and thank you again.

Says a lot when the company won't let anyone write a review of their preferred site without an invite first. Quality of the product is very poor. I ordered a set of rings and within four hours the gold had rubbed off one of them. At best they are selling over priced costume jewelry not the quality items they pretend to be doing.
