A pleasant buying experience,
The assistant was very informative about the different kinds of mattresses and gave good advice on all the pros and cons so we could make the right choice of bed.

I went to numerous bed/mattress shops and in every single one I was pounced upon as soon as I walked in the door, the difference with bensons for beds is I walked in they said Hi then left me to have a walk around and test out mattresses without anyone keeping on at me about them it really was a delight, I'd also like to say a massive THANK YOU to ANDY, he left me alone to have a good look and I found exactly what I wanted , then we I asked for his information or help he knew all there is to know about my mattress and also give me some great deals too,

Visited the Waterlooville store to try new mattresses. Rachel looked after us, listed to what we wanted and had tried already, then showed us three mattresses so as not to overwhelm us with info. Rachel is very knowledgeable of her subject and guided us to choose what we are hoping will be a fantastic sleep. Highly recommend Rachel and this store.

Very good advice whilst looking for a bed.

Staff were great very efficient. Delivery drivers were on time and they also assembled our bed and did this with speed and efficiency. All round great service.

Really helpful staff that put no pressure on for a sale. Let you take your time and were able to answer any queries.

The sales lady, Rachel, was very knowledgeable and understood our requirements very well. She checked that we didn't have any medical issues that could be a factor before proceeding to advise us.

Overall very happy with the service and Kingsize bed we ordered. We also had an ottoman storage box which did unfortunately not meet our expectations. This was however not a problem to return to Bensons who's customer services were very good and prompt in responding.

Andy at Waterlooville was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He gave great customer service.

Knowledgeable about the type of mattress that suits my medical condition

We saw a young lady who pointed us in the right direction. We checked out mattresses for an adjustable bed, as my father is in hospital, and we're hoping that he will be coming home soon. We saw Charles - WHAT AN AMAZING YOUNG MAN. SO HELPFUL. He called other stores to check for availability, advised us on the best style of mattress, as we didn't want to wait a whole month before getting it.

We ended up ordering a mattress which will be delivered later next week.

I purchased a Tempur mattress that turned out to be extremely uncomfortable from the very first night and clearly not fit for purpose. When I raised this, I was told to keep using it for several more nights, only to then be hit with unfair charges of 20% for a refund or 10% for an exchange.

The customer service I received was dismissive and unhelpful. I was given contradictory and misleading information at multiple stages, and when I challenged this, I was treated with disrespect rather than support. Instead of acknowledging their mistakes, staff repeatedly tried to shift the blame onto me.

What should have been a positive purchase has turned into a stressful and costly experience. The policies feel exploitative, the communication is misleading, and the overall service is unprofessional.

Lovely young lady showed me around helped me look for what would be best bed to choose from.excellent advice.

David was very helpful when we came to the store. Im delighted to say my new mattress is probably the most comfortable I've slept on. Not quite a week yet but good from the start. A medium firm, so it's supportive but also soft enough at the same time. Extremely comfortable for my back problems. Love it! Early days re the temperature control....
