The lady called Julia was very nice, let us know what we asked for, then left us alone to mull it all over. When we decided to buy the mattress she was very helpful and not pushy at all to buy extra things to go with it, just advised us in case we wanted extra stuff.

So far so good just need it to be delivered for us to have experienced the whole service.

We were greeted as we went into store and shown the mattress we were interested in. Julia was very helpful and made our purchase an easy and quick experience. Great advice that helped us pick the right mattress for us. No hard sell, good information and service. No stearing to the most expensive products, just a drive to find the right product for your budget.

Not interested in our custom at all,we bought a display model bed and the staff genuinely couldn't have cared less,in fact Julia was bordering on rude,it was as we think a good deal although I am beginning to question our decision and once we get the bed and mattress home the slightest bit of damage and the whole lot is going back,all I can say is we bought a bed for our toddler from dreams and it made bensons for beds look a second hand market place and so do the staff,please don't waste your money with bensons go to dreams
