Bensons For Beds - Staples Corner537 Recenzje

Massive thank you to Tyrone, for once again helping my mum Rita to choose the perfect divan base & stylish headboard to go with the mattress she bought with his help in June. Tyrone’s patience & knowledge was truly welcomed as my mum is very particular in what she wants. 2 nd time we left the store happy with the service.

Just wanted to say thank you to Tyrone at Staples corner branch. His knowledge of mattresses is exceptional and he put our minds at ease giving us what would suit us, he's an asset to your company

I thought that the help I recieved was good, they gave me the time to look around to make my choice and then were helpful to arrange everything and being informative st the same time

The salesperson Tyrone is knowledgeable and helpful. We are able to purchase the bedframe and mattress which suit us within a short time with his assistance.

I had poor customer service and was charged for the bed kit and didn't receive it, the manager on the phone was rude not the first time first they told me I could change the date of delivery then no, when I said I gave them no revue they changed the date please do not buy from them again is the last time I bought from them something

The order was placed very quickly in the store.
I will wait to receive the goods and then comment further

This is the second visit to this branch and we were seen one year later by the same sales rep, which is very encouraging in these days of swift staff turnaround. A very professional and helpful gentleman called Sanjay who knew the business well and could guide us again through the best choice. Full marks for an experienced and pleasant transaction by this member of staff.

I had an amazing experience with this company! The customer service was top-notch, and the product exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.I had a great help from Tyron French!

Tyron was so knowledgeable about all their products and he took the time to listen to us and seemed to know exactly what we need.

We came before closing time and he even stayed with us a bit longer so that we can get our matrasse ASAP.

He found a really good deal for us and we saved some £.

We had a great experience buying our first mattress, thank you very much !

I found Benson for Beds a very pleasant experience. The store was clean, tidy and there was no loud music playing!
We sat with a lovey Man, Jaz.
He was very helpful, polite and informative. We were able to try out mattress’s at our own pace with Jazz giving us space but was there when we needed advice. I would definitely recommend Benson for Beds and would use them again.
Thanks Jaz for making our experience at Staples Corner great! 👍 😊

Good beds.Excellent staff help me to choose right bed.

Staff helped us find exactly what we were looking for and managed to get it delivered within a few hours.

Jaz was great helping us find the right bed a mattress for our new home. He was friendly and very polite person! Had a lovely experience.

Jay was very helpful made sure we were informed about the beds and made suggestions to what would be the best for us.

Good choice of mattresses, and initially was greeted and left to have a look around, but within a couple of minutes the hard sell started and we were being pushed into looking at products that we could neither afford or were not interested in. Two sales men were working on us, like a tag team, talking about different details which was very overwhelming!
I said on several occasions what I needed and wanted and that I would be happier looking around and asking for help when I needed it but one salesman would always appear within seconds to see if we were ok?! It wasn’t until I mentioned our budget, that was significantly lower than the high end price of the products we had shown all along (wasting everyone’s time!) that he then said I’ll leave you to it! We were then able to make a decision based on our needs and budget, and placed an order happily.

It was indeed a nice experience visiting the store. Sanjay, one of the manager at store did help us go through the process of choosing the mattresses and bed during the Easter break.. the process was much quicker and smoother than expected.. thanks so much for your help.

Jaz is super helpful and patient. He gave a lot of recommendations to us about mattress and helped us to pick the most suitable one.

Had a great experience! Anil was very helpful and leaded us to select the most suitable mattresses bed frame and headboard for us. Highly recommend.
