I was very impressed in how quickly it took the 2 chaps to install my bed
I didn’t want the mattress to be opened as I haven’t moved in yet
I was left instructions off how to open the plastic when I’m ready to open up the mattress
Overall very satisfied, they took all the rubbish with them

Great service and communication, mattress is pretty good too
From the moment we walked into the shop and guided to the perfect mattress for our needs, we kinda new this was the one. Oddly the dual tension mattress was incorrectly labelled in the shop, but once that was sorted we were quite sure of our choice. Sales manager was attentive and also gave us space to discuss together. Perhaps there was a little over selling of all the add-ons (pillow, pillow protector, mattress protector etc). Delivery was well communicated (email, text & phone calls). Lots of reminders to review both delivery and sales, hence I'm writing this now. We have had the zip n link mattress for a week now, and all looking and feeling good.

Smooth process from purchase through delivery. No surprise, no added costs, no issues.
Multichannel experience worked great as well: I saw the bed in store, called to confirm, paid online through an ad-hoc quote created by the store rep.

Items not delivered but later rectified
We ordered a mattress and the mattress protector but the mattress protector was not delivered. I realized this after the delivery person had left. I called him and he said that he will return to deliver the mattress protector but he never returned.
Later I got in touch with Bensons Beds and they asked me to collect the mattress protector from the Tottenham store. I went to the Tottenham store and they did not have the mattress protector.
However, upon posting the review, the customer service team got in touch with me and the mattress protector was promptly delivered.
