Bensons For Beds - Staples Corner537 Recenzje

Visited the store as I was looking for a new supportive king size mattress to replace my existing one which I've had for many years and now requires replacement. Visited Bensons as I'm a previous customer - bought 4 beds from the former South Ruislip store (which is now a Lidl carpark) over a period of 20+ years. I returned to Bensons as I've always been happy with the selection, quality, price and customer service and the store I used was local to me. This time I visited the Staples Corner store as I was in the area at the time visiting other stores and a slight twinge of backache reminded me I need to replace my mattress. The saleman Sanjay was polite, friendly and helpful - not pushy. I explained my requirements and budget and he directed me to a nunber of mattresses to try out - think I tried 6 in total - which enabled me to select the mattress that felt the most comfortable and supportive and was in my anticipated budget. The products available in the store were I felt, competitively priced and of good quality. The recycling service offered for my existing mattress is a very useful service as it will dispose of my existing mattress on the day my new one is delivered. In all very happy - 5 star all round - and no hesitation in recommending

Great service from the start to delivery and assembly. Amit at the Staples Corner branch showed us the mattress suitable for our bodies and also compared a few mattresses. He allowed time for us to make the best decision. The delivery team's communication, delivery and assembly was on point.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Bensons for Beds from the moment I walked into the store up to and including the delivery of the products.

All my questions were answered in store and the time was taken to ensure I had the items which would maximise my sleep quality without ever making me feel rushed.

The entire experience has been smooth, professional and I would highly recommend Bensons for Beds to any of my friends or family who need sleep related items in the future

I ordered 2 Dunlopillo Super comfort pillows from Bensons for the first time and it must be my last too. The quality of these expensive pillows are seconds. The manager told me that they are from a new manufacturer. I did ask for a refund since one of them is very poorly made, but in fact both pillows are not prime quality products. I have been using these Dunlopillo for over twenty odd years these are my third replacements over the years. The manager said they cannot refund and they never refund. He would only replace another one. I opened this replacement with him in the shop and found the same problem! The structured holes for the airflow are not cut clean they are rather smeared obscured holes all over. The sad thing is that I have to accept the poor quality of these products because they don't refund. I will never shop with them anymore.

Well priced product and good service all round

I went in looking to purchase a sofabed.
Brent Cross

Fatima who was at her desk, promptly stood up and came over to assist.
I was impressed with her straight forward sales approach - no sales talk, just nice clear answers to my questions.
I called in the following day and placed my order over the phone.
Thank you for a great service.

Great experience of buying beds amit was most helpful and guided us to select the right bed for us. Amit is extremely knowledgable and explained us about sleep pro and the comfort of the mattress.

Great and Friendly Service, no hard sale. Sales person Raj was very helpful.

Just been and purchased 2 beds and 2 mattresses also frames etc and raj at staples corner was nothing short of amazing… honestly if you want someone who has the best advice and amazing customer service and experience and the best deals then go to RAJ

We ordered a single ottoman bed along with a flip mattress for our 12yr son from the Staples Corner Benson store. Special thanks to Mr Sanjay, who patiently explained all the available bed and mattress options and accommodated our changes without any hesitation. The service and delivery was excellent and on time, and the products are of great quality. Overall, a very smooth and pleasant buying experience. Highly recommended.

Sanjay at Benson for Beds was fantastic! He patiently showed me options for a bed for my mum, explained the pros and cons clearly, and gave helpful advice on what to buy. Very courteous and professional – highly recommend him!

The information and communication from order to deliver was excellent; kept very well informed of exactly when items were to be delivered right up to the day which made arranging availability very easy and convenient

I went into another bed shop at Staples corner and tried another bed I liked that was cheaper. However, the salesman didn't have the same charisma, personality, friendliness and knowledge as Amit at Benson.

Delivered on time, friendly driver

Delivery was easy ordering great Dave helped me decide best fit for me

I had a great experience. Amit, the shop manager was very friendly and helpful in all the purchase process. I will definitely recommend Bensons for beds at Staples Corner

Very helpful customer services

Visited the Staples Corner branch. Wanted a Ottoman bed with colour & design of my daughter's choice& interacting with Mr Amitava was very helpful while choosing the bed & the wardrobes, also received good deals on the purchase.
There was some confusion regarding the price shown online & in store, however the manager was very understanding & explained everything to us, even gave us a good will discount

Staff were very patient, knew their stuff, and were able to take the time and explain all options.

The staff members were friendly, efficient and helpful. I had a straight forward purchase, but they were very easy to deal with.
