I think that the most important thing was that we didn't feel pressured at any time. Graham introduced himself and let us know that he was around if we had any questions and then he left us to it.
When we had finally made our choice, he couldn't have been more helpful and made the whole experience enjoyable rather than a chore.
We thanked him at the time and I would like my thanks to him recorded here as well. He is an excellent ambassador for your company.
