Ordered the German made wardrobe in…
Ordered the German made wardrobe in June the staff at the Oldham store were brilliant could not do enough to help. The wardrobe was made in Germany so had to wait for delivery after being built. It was delivered and put together on the 3rd September by bensons staff. Again brilliant service.
All in all 10/10 for all the staff involved and the wardrobe is class

Helpful staff
Both members of staff that helped me were excellent. They were informative and not pushy leaving me time to think about what I wanted to do then when I returned a few days later a different member of staff was able to process my order quickly because details had been stored.

Anthony was a fantastic sales guy, he explained all the differences between a Hypnos mattress and a Staples & Co mattress.
He answered all the questions that I asked him and went into great detail about both products.
I would highly recommend Anthony and his team at Bensons for Beds at Elk Mill Oldham, you will not be disappointed.

One of worst experience and Zero…
One of worst experience and Zero customer service.I bought a mattress worth £1000 and after 6 months it dipped down from the middle as I complained and attached some photographs which were not enough for them.They asked me a big questionnaire and also asked me a big list “to do things “ to prove that I am telling the truth which is very uncomfortable and hectic.Was that not enough that a customer can’t sleep at night and wakes up with broken ribs.Even the mattress has 8 years warranty with it.Mr Waqas (the customer representative) doesn’t have skill to listen and satisfying customers but trying to prove them wrong.I would say never buy anything from them(B4B)coz they don’t have their own products just selling others. Dont recommend them at all

Excellent service
An excellent service from visiting the store through to delivery. The store assistant could not have been more helpful in choosing a bed for our grandson’s sleepover room and we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order by email and text. The delivery crew were friendly and efficient and assembled the bed in the specified room. Again, an excellent service.

Excellent service from enquiry through to delivery
Excellent service from the start at the Oldham store, attentive, listened to our needs and helped select the right mattress, otterman divan and headboard.
In addition the delivery guys were excellent. They were very professional taking care not to damage any of our new decorating when delivering the bed into our bedroom.

Staff in the shop helpful but not pushy, friendly and professional. Delivery seamless, kept informed as to progress, actually arrived almost to the minute they said it would. Delivery staff also very friendly, polite and efficient, Overall am very impressed with the level of service.
