The staff were very helpful in store. I had no problems with my order despite having to change the date of delivery of the bed I wanted. The delivery of the bed was straightforward.

Charlie was really helpful in the Dumfries branch providing enough information and attention but giving space and not hassling us. Very good service and a good range of mattresses to test to see what was best.

we went in 20th March 2023 to view mattresses met with a lady Kristi who took us through gave us a quote , that evening got a email to say come in tomorrow and receive 20% off so went in with cash to be told it wasnt that amount already taken money off on the quote. i took the 20% off the bottom line didnt even look at quote. Charlie got quite rude and tried to say initially there wasnt any discount but I had it in an email. So not happy at all with the lack of service and help after their cockup!!!!!!!!

Karl was brilliant.
Karl was brilliant, did the sales pitch, knew when to walk away before getting to the annoying stage and came back with a wee bit humour and a lot of knowledge about the beds and mattresses which helped us decide to buy a bed and mattress. Worth his weight in gold. Yet to get delivery of the bed so can't comment on the quality.

I Give Bensons for beds Dumfries 10/10; They were welcoming , not pushy, explained all the options of buying a Mattress, very helpful, Karl the manager from the Carlisle branch dealt with me( on holiday cover).I would highly recommend Bensons for your bed requirements.
