Bensons For Beds - Doncaster706 Recenzje

Very helpful staff and a good deal on an ex-display bed.

Fabulous mattress and great customer service ! Thankyou to Amanda

We wanted an item for our new bed, we sourced it and rang the local store and picked it up after paying for it in store.

Great staff

Very helpful, polite and knowledgeable staff when purchasing two beds.

Rob a member of staff was so helpful his customer service was amazing.
Showed me around and gave me plenty of time to choose the right bed for me.

Got an absolute bargain. Ladies in shop very helpful and friendly

Great service - friendly

Brilliant experience from Martin at Bensons for Beds in Doncaster! Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Not your typical pushy sales person.
Thank you so much for all your help!

No pressure to buy, offered some good advice and choice. Gave us plenty of information to decide on what services we required.

Lovely staff

Got a clearance bed fantastic price and fantastic customer service
But clearance purchase should be treated same as a regular clearance

Using their delivery means but no you can't have a clearance item delivered by them what ever reason they have for this is just stupid but you must use a delivery person you sort yourself

Apart from that great

As a returning customer, I highly recommend Bensons for Beds (Doncaster) Fabulous customer service is always how it should be; friendly, polite and attentive. Amanda is the sales consultant who I always see, she is very thorough with ensuring my order is exactly what I require.

Great experience buying our new bed. Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable and explained lots of things to us which helped us when making our choice. Would highly recommend.

I called to Doncaster to view a bed and mattress that were not available in my local store. I saw Amanda who was incredibly helpful, despite the fact that I had to make my purchase in Barnsley as it was an existing order, so she wasn't benefitting from a sale. She was really helpful as I have a long term health condition that means I really need a comfy mattress so we realised that a topper in bensons bespoke range was the best option. I can't thank her enough because I have struggled on the sealy posturepedic that I originally bought as I have been in constant pain sleeping on it.

Made every effort to find the headboard to match our base .

Sam (Doncaster Bentley outlet branch) is as friendly approachable knowledgeable and could not have been more welcoming, kind or supportive. We had been looking for a bed for a while and were not intending to do the final purchase that day hit because of her explanations and persona we found out all the info we were looking for and decided it was right for us

We had a good explanation of all the options available to us so we were able to make an educated decision

We were shown every type of mattress to compare against the girl. We ordered the girl.
Excellent service.
