Bensons For Beds - Crewe641 Recenzje

The guy who helped us out was so friendly! (sorry I didn't get your name, you liked my car though and warned us of the ticket man)
There was no pressure to buy anything but he was so knowledgeable about what we were after.

What can I say! Always a friendly welcome from someone who knows what they are talking about. Thank you Jon at the store in Crewe.

Quick and easy service, backed up with very good quality product.

Salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Claire was so helpful and attentive. Fantastic customer service - highly recommend this store. Who new there was a machine to test your preferred mattress comfort

Excellent experience visiting the Crewe store the guys were informed and not pushy at all. Very present indeed

The two members of staff who helped us were very well informed and not in the least pushy. Businesses are going to have to start reintroducing more face to face selling in order to satisfy customers. The novelty of online is wearing thin when it comes to large item purchasing. Sales bots just don't cut it. The staff at Bensons Crewe were excellent.

The staff are very polite and helpful when deciding which beds or mattresses you wish too choose . So yes very happy to deal with them

Claire the Salesperson in your Crewe store was so helpful, with great listening skills, who was patient and informative about all products and who guided me to the right decision whilst purchasing a new bed last week.

Excellent customer service from Jonathan and helpful advice. Also very happy with the product quality.
