I did not order a bed.I ordered a…
I did not order a bed.I ordered a wardrobe and drawers.was told they would be delivered on 10th March then changed to 11th of march.then low and behold it was changed to 17th march.I phoned and spoke to Eric in Ayr branch who questioned my story of txts I got.he said it was not possible.I still have txts on my phone.no I firstly was dealing with paul.this scenario has meant we were two weeks without furniture as I had donated mine to charity.not pleased at all with service.

Bensons for beds was recommended to me…
Bensons for beds was recommended to me by a family member who recently purchased a bed. I could not have asked for more from the sales team to the delivery team. The sales team were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful insuring I got the perfect mattress for my needs within my budget, they were very patient as I changed my mind several times, I was informed of any discounts or offers on products and they even took the time to talk me through the assembly of bed frame. The delivery team phoned to let me know they were ahead of schedule and could come early if it suited me which was perfect. They were efficient, polite and very careful while carrying heavy boxes through a very narrow and awkward space to put items in desired rooms. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I’ll be returning to purchase matching bedroom furniture.

We were very happy with the shopping…
We were very happy with the shopping experience, the shop in Ayr was very clean and well presented.
The sales assistant was knowledgeable and helpful.
They could deliver the mattress we purchased in a short timeframe and communication was clear and precise.
The delivery men were friendly and careful, however we were not pleased that they left the mattress in two layers of plastic wrapping when we were informed they would take all packaging away.

Rhiannon at the Ayr store was great, really informative, friendly and helpful. She never made me feel under any pressure to buy, or rushed to make a decision. She also looked up my previous old mattress so that we could check which type that I had previously. She got me the best deal too.

The staff in the Ayr store were great, could not have been more helful, the delivery was on time, again the staff were great assembled the bed fitted the mattresses and left no mess in this day and age what more could you hope for.
