I had a very simple order and it was completed and shipped to me very simply. I appreciated the many shipping preferences. I don't see any areas within my order that require improvement.

The company has several products to fix your problems. The website was tricky when it came to checkout. The product came fast and well packaged.

Let me start off by saying that there are companies out there with a much bigger web presence. So why you ask should I recommend everyone purchase from Ben's? I have purchased small things from Ben's 7-8 years ago and never thought much about it, until 2 weeks ago when I needed a frame & fork and miscellaneous drive-train components...I had questions regarding shipping and received a response within a couple of minutes. Not only did they ship a frame & fork (entire order) in an expedient time frame, but they did so at no additional cost to me. There isn't any reason to purchase anywhere else when these people bend over backwards to get it right! As long as I'm still pedaling, I'll get everything I need at Ben's! I know this review sounds too good to be true, just take my word for it...thanks Drew!

Would definetly use them again

Shipping speed was FAST. Got my item shipped out in half a day. It got here promptly and well protected by the packaging. Also, no other internet seller could beat the price on the item I bought. I definitely recommend Ben's Cycles

Great price and shipping. I shopped at Ben's since the 50's when I lived in Milwaukee and knew Ben well. Great prices and advice! I moved to Sarasota FL in 2004 when I retired. Looking for a bike product- there was Ben's site. Great you're still in business in these competitive times. I'll buy from you the next time I need something.

Ben's has a wide selection, great prices and very good stock of the bicycle parts I'm most likely to need. Fast delivery and good communications. One visit to its website and you know that Ben's Cycle is serious about the bicycle business and customer satisfaction. When I need something bicycling related - Ben's is usually the first place I go.

I had originally purchased a tool on eBay that I needed ASAP for my bike and the buyer ended up not actually having the item that I won. After receiving a refund for the item, I looked elsewhere. Ben's Cycle's website had shown that the tool was available for less (including shipping costs) than the tool I would have received from the eBay seller. After I placed my order I had received an email saying that there was a glitch in the system and it was not actually in stock; however, they'd be willing to sell me their slightly used shop tool that I needed at a discount of my original purchase price. I really needed that tool, so I was more than happy to accept the offer. I am grateful for Ben's Cycle to go the extra mile to offer me one of their shop tools in my time of need. Once received, the tool appeared to be in excellent condition and it worked out well for my application.

I bought a set of Campagnolo drop outs from Ben's Cycle online shop which were very reasonably priced. They were shipped out to me straight away and arrived sooner than expected. I'm very happy with the transaction and would recommend Ben's without hesitation.

It's rare to trust someone, especially online. But I had a very good experience with Ben's Cycle. The prices are very competitive. They have a wide selection and very fast shipping.Thank you.
