I ordered sneakers through the website, I asked them to exchange the number of sneakers, where I received feedback that the sneakers were worn, where of course they were not, therefore the exchange was not approved

Die Schuhe sind ok, jedenfalls ist der Kundenservice nicht nur mangelhaft sondern inexistent. Ich hahe die falsche Grösse bestellt und die schuhe zurückgeschickt. Dass die Schuhe angekommen sind wurde mir nicht bestätigt. Der Kaufpreis wurde mir jicht vergütet. Auf Emails und Nachrichten auf Instagram wird nicht reagiert. Telefonnummer existiert keine. Sollte ich weiterhin keine Rückmeldung erhalten werde ich gar wohl rechtlicue Schritte einleiteb. Ich rate jeder Person ab, irgendwelche Produkte von Benjamin Berner zu bestellen.

Attention arnaque : paire achetée, portée 2 fois et deja decousue et dechirée. Pas de réponse mails, contact instagram.

I always buy it on vinted alot of people order the wrong size and you can get them really cheap. And still fresh. I.m really happy with the quality of the shoes . And they look awsome. Dont be a thief of your own wallet .. and alot of people are complaining about the survice but if they took the time to read their policy they would have know about the shipping exspance outside europe. Morons.

Happy wearer of the shoes from the netherlands i have 3 pairs atm .

Das Produkt hat nichts mit den Bildern zu tun. Ich habe mir ein Paar bestellt und war sehr unzufrieden.
Schlechtes Leder, sehr unbequem und schlechte verarbeitung.
Ich habe die Schuhe zurück gesendet, jedoch kam mein Geld nie zurück.
Auf jegliche Mails keine Antwort.
Diese Marke ist eine Verarschung!

Schlechter Kundenservice. Versucht die Schuhe umzutauschen, vergebens man wird abgewimmelt oder es antwortet einfach niemand.

Gar kein Kundenkontakt

Nach 2 Emails und Instagram-Nachrichten kam keine Reaktion bezüglich Reklamationen.

An sich schöne Schuhe, aber bei solch einer Qualität und so einem Kundenkontakt - Nie wieder!

Appalling company.
I purchased shoes as a Christmas gift at the beginning of December. These shoes never arrived and I was sent a signed delivery note - from UPS apparently- which had a signature on that was not mine. I contacted UPS who told me there was no signature on the delivery and yet Benjamin Berner emailed one over to me that they state UPS had sent them. A puzzle that no one seems to be concerned with unravelling.
On the 21/12/22 after having 3 completely ignored emails by Benjamin Berner I contacted my bank who took the money back. I haven’t had any communication from Benjamin Berner between the 21/12/22 and today the 16/02/23.
I today received a letter from my bank stating that Benjamin Berner had attempted to take the money, for the order I have never received, from my bank account again. I contacted Benjamin Berner only to be told they don’t look into things that didn’t happen!!!!
There is only one contact online for Benjamin Berner that I could find so when they chose to ignore their customers it is impossible to get hold of anyone at Benjamin Berner.
My advice would be to steer clear of this company altogether.

Es wird gar nicht auf das geschilderte Anliegen geantwortet.

Nach mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme nicht mal eine Antwort bekommen.

Preis Leistung passt hier absolut nicht. Verarbeitung entspricht nicht meinen Vorstellungen bei diesem Preis. Die Schuhe sind extrem unbequem und nach nur einmal tragen bilden sich bereits Verschleißspuren.

Ganz klar keine Kaufempfehlung!

j’ai commandé des chaussures, j’ai souhaité un échange, ils m’ont renvoyé le mauvais modèle. Ils me proposent de me rembourser les frais de retour, j’attends toujours depuis le mois d’octobre et ils ne répondent plus!
I ordered shoes, I wanted an exchange, they sent me the wrong model. They offer to reimburse me for the return costs, I have always been waiting since October and they no longer respond!

Mein Paket kam nie an. Da angeblich ups es verschlampt hat. Warte seid 2 Monaten auf mein Geld. Service ist katastrophal. Kontakt nur per email. Es wird sehr spät oder garnicht geantwortet.

Absolutely awful customer care, UPS tagged my item as delivered costing over £400 and they was t, this was a week before Christmas, was a Christmas present and still not received. I emailed for update on the case last week still nothing, same this week, still nothing!!!! This is a lot of money and to have no contact is a joke. Avoid ordering guys. I will legally now try to gain my money back im in the UK i do not trust this seller nor the delivery service they have chosen.

Poor quality and poor customer services
Buying process was easy.
Trainers turned up damaged. They didn't come across as luxury handmade trainers. Returns process and communication is terrible. I was blamed for the damage and customer service department are rude and obnoxious. I will be avoiding and would recommend others too.

Je confirme C’est bien des escrocs colis est retourné pour changer de modèle plus de nouvelles ça fait des semaines heureusement j’ai payé avec PayPal qui eux vont me rembourser une fois le remboursement fait je t’aime bien porter plainte contre cette entreprise malsaine

Bekomme seit Wochen die nervige Werbung von denen. Dachte mir heute, vielleicht schau ich mich mal so um, was das Internet so über die sagt. Auf dieser Plattform hier schneidet die Marke ja nicht so gut ab. Habe die Seite in den Instagram Kommentaren damit konfrontiert und gewartet, nach ein paar Minuten wurde meine Anfrage gelöscht. Darauf hin habe ich nen weiteren enttäuschten Kommentar abgegeben. Danach wurde ich blockiert. Scheint ein richtiger drecksladen zu sein, aber hey, Hauptsache Follower und likes kaufen.

Les baskets sont très jolies et conforme à la description.
Par contre le confort est moyen et les lacets ne tiennent pas, je regrettes de ne pas avoir acheté la marque Baron papillon qui sont bien plus confortable.

Reçu les blanches militaire pour femme, magnifique et grande qualité comme promis. Les commentaires plus bas sont incomprehensibles et idiots. J'ai pas dormi jusqu'à la réception...

the return shipping system is terrible and expensive , besides the information they have in the web site isn´t current you should be carefull .

they don´t even have a contact number wich is really weird . i would never gonna order again there!
