Bell Tent Sussex Recenzje

Impeccable service.
I was recently working at a festival. 50mph winds funneled through the arena, hit my 7m bell tent and snapped the centre pole. Disaster!
I needed a replacement ASAP.
I phoned Bell Tent Sussex, ordered a new one, they dispatched a replacement within half an hour and it was delivered, to the festival, within 24 hours.
The delivery driver phoned me ten minutes before arrival, so I was there at the gate ready.
I was back up and running within 24 hours of the incident.
Outstanding customer service and delivery team. It's so refreshing to know there are still companies out there who put the customer first. Thank you immensely! I can't recommend your company enough!

it was a last minute order and arrived promptly.

Fast efficient service excellent

Good quality product and very fast delivery.

I bought the 5m fireproof Bell tent with flap for a stove.
I tried it out for the first time last week. Unfortunately, the ground I was trying to bang the pegs into had hard-core underneath so it took over an hour to get the tent up with three of us hammering away ! However once it was up I was delighted with my tent. It was extremely spacious. I was particularly pleased with the quality of the canvas and the ground sheet. I’m off to Wales next week where I know the ground is softer. I think I will be able to do it all on my own. The tent itself is extremely heavy. Luckily, they have wheelbarrows where I’m going so I should be able to slide it straight from my van into a wheelbarrow.
I highly recommend Bell Tent Sussex. Delivery was prompt and everything that should’ve been in the bag was there. I’m thinking of getting the stove from them as well.

Communication in advance of ordering was prompt both by messenger and email.
Products arrived as promised, well packed and exactly as described.
Bell tent was easy to put up and looks fab.
After service was great when I had queries.

Excellent. Delivery, quality, communication. Will buy again.

Turned up nice and fast perfect product

Quality carpet delivered promptly. Planning to use when camping at festival next month.

Great website, good prices and delivered very quickly - great customer service.

Really good product - used tent repair kit for a decent hole on the top of the tent, was really easy to apply and looks like it will stand the test of time
Dispatched quickly by the vendor to the courier (courier was rubbish by the way and took three attempts and lots of phone calls to locate my parcel)

It’s very pleased with the bell tent I have not used it as of yet, I’m so looking forward to using the tent.
I was pleased with the experience of buying my bell tent.
Thank you
Neil

Delighted with our 4m Bell tent. Great communication online while we tried to select the right fit for us. It is such good quality, really robust materials and withstanding windy conditions well. So excited for summer adventures with our new tent.

My tent came the next day even though it was a Saturday. Everything is tiptop can't wait to get time to set it up with the stove. Toasty!
Very happy.
