Turned to avid finance to find me a suitable lender for a bridging loan. Explained my circumstances and in no time came back with a lender. Very helpful, knowledgeable and always got a response as soon as I asked any questions. Can’t speak highly enough of everyone I had any interaction with ! Would definitely recommend.

I used Avid to arrange a short-term bridging loan and had a good experience.

Compared to a couple of other brokers I initially spoke to, Dan was much more straightforward and realistic about what was and wasn’t possible, which saved a lot of time.

Where Avid really stood out was towards the end of the process. As things got time-critical and a bit complex between the solicitors, Kash was all over it – chasing both sides, keeping things moving, and making sure the deal didn’t stall at the final stage.

Not the simplest process overall, but that’s more down to the nature of bridging and legal work. From a broker perspective, Kash was a big help and I’d definitely recommend him.

Very bad experience I had with Dan, he gave me a wrong information and waisted my money and time,before I paid him he was a different person and he promised with me to be completed everything in the time but once I paid him money he was not answering my phone either my texting messages, the time he gave me 3 to 4 weeks but today is almost 6 weeks but he still didn’t answer and helped me which he promises falsely. Don’t trust Dan and please don’t waist your money and time for this person and the company

This is by far the best service you will ever get from a finance team. Dan helped us out when we starting hitting walls. No obstacle could not be overcome and with his professionalism made everything possible #bridging loan.
