From start to finish I cannot fault the service, everything was excellent. Nela and Beth both communicated to a very high standard with me throughout. While I was in Prague I was provided with a seamless service from Beth and the staff at the clinic. The whole process was very well organised and I felt confident in the care I received. I can honestly say I have had no discomfort or pain at all from my treatment. The surgeon was confident and experienced and made me feel in safe hands. Finally the cost of treatment was significantly lower than in the UK and we got to see Prague! Highly recommended!

Just returned Saturday after having surgery last Wednesday. 5* service from start to finish. Beth was amazing on hand for any questions and very reassuring. Would definitely recommend.

I had an upper and lower blephoraplasty under sedation (not fond of any kind of needles while awake), all I remember was the surgeon saying "Don't be scared", that was it, then I woke up in bandages. The hotel was great (tip, get a hotel with a kitchen like Wellness). I left the review for a while as apparently six months afterwards see full results of lower bleph and as time has passed - huge huge difference very positive difference, plus I've always had one eyelid bigger than the other and it is absolutely marvellous to have that corrected, look awake and youthful, so pleased with the results (I've also been using red light therapy & tria eye laser for scarring, it's gradually fading and flattening, eventually maybe another year the scarring has 95% faded it'll look like I haven't had any 'work' done at all which is the look I'm going for. Thanks very much for the great job

Brilliant. I had lens replacement surgery last week organised by Beauty in Prague and couldn't be more delighted.
Nela took care of all the administration and replied immediately to any questions I needed answering. I travelled on my own and was met at the airport, taken to my hotel and then picked up for the appointment on Monday and Surgery on Wednesday. It was all so easy.
Beth, the coordinator, was waiting outside to meet me. She was lovely, spoke perfect English and took care of everything.
The experience at the clinic was faultless and I knew immediately that I was in safe hands. Extensive testing was completed on Monday morning and then I was free to enjoy Prague. I was so excited on operation day and everything went as expected. When researching surgeons I wanted the best and I got the best. I rested for the afternoon back at my hotel and by evening my vision was perfect. A quick check up on Thursday and I was then free to go.
No glasses, no contact lenses. Colours totally vibrant. Don't even think twice about using Beauty in Prague. Just do it!

I booked with Beauty in Prague as I wanted both eyes done on the same day. The information provided before hand was very informative and I had the opportunity to call some random people who also had tri-focal lens replacement surgery for advice to give me extra confidence as I was doing it on my own.
The organiser mainly Nela and Natalie were exceptional and able to WhatsApp if you needed to speak directly! They were amazing regarding airport collection to the hotel/apartment of my choice as was Beth with her wonderful caring manner organising the taxis for checkup/operation/checkup and then transfer back to the airport, and staying with me throughout the procedure, all this is included in the cost.
The surgeon was wonderful as were his team at the clinic and so professional and the place was spotless. Everything went so smoothly and although very nervous during the procedure I was back at my apartment in little over an hour.
It is worth noting that my eyes were blurry after a sleep but went for a meal later and a large glass of wine!
So my surgery was done a week ago today and back to work with 2 screens, laptop and phone and not an issue.
I can’t recommend this company enough and have already recommended them to 3 people including family.. now I wouldn’t do that if I had a doubt.

I travelled to Prague for lens replacement surgery which was done 2 days ago. The clinic and staff were excellent and very welcoming. I was ok to go out and see Prague the day after surgery, I am very happy so far with the result. The cost was very reasonable and much cheaper than UK. A special thank you to the Coordinater Natalie for making everything run smoothly, she went above and beyond to make everything perfect. I would definitely recommend this place

One of the best decisions I have ever made. I am now glasses and contact lens free and it’s great.
Having it done abroad made it affordable, I couldn’t have afforded to have it done in the UK.
I choose Beauty in Prague to organise the procedure for me following some lengthy email conversations and links to relevant material provided by Nela a patient coordinator.
It was do easy to organise. Nela offered me a date for a consultation, I booked the flights and hotel for my stay. I was met at the airport and taken to the hotel and then picked up again the following day and taken to the clinic for a thorough examination and consultation with a specialist, accompanied by Natalie from Beauty in Prague.
Two days later I was prepared for surgery and had it carried out. All the staff at the clinic are lovely and Dr Pasta that carried out my procedure is a miracle worker. It was painless, it took about half an hour to complete both eyes and on completion I could already see a difference. My eyes were very sensitive to light so sunglasses are a must following the surgery.
The next day I was picked up again for a check-up and was discharged.
I would definitely recommend Beauty in Prague to anyone considering Lens Replacement Surgery. They provide a well organised professional service, stress free.

I have for some time wanted to have lens replacement surgery. I had heard from several people how ‘life changing’ it is ….and that was what I wanted!
After researching in England I could not justify the prices (£7500) were the two quotes that I received.
I came across Beauty in Prague while once again researching – and at first, was hesitant. Going so far to have surgery is a decision that needs serious consideration. However, I decided to contact the company, who replied back straight away. It was from then on that my confidence grew. Nela, who contacted me was so informative, friendly, and professional. Communication was excellent and no question was too ‘silly’ That, along with reading others’ testimonials, I decided to go ahead with surgery – my dream of being glasses-free was now a reality!
My husband and I decided to make a break of this and as soon as we arrived at the airport arrivals- we spotted our driver that Nela had booked. Any reservations that I had disappeared immediately.
Our driver spoke English and gave us helpful advice regarding touring the city.
From then on everything went so smoothly. I received a message from Beth – who welcomed us to Prague and gave instructions as to what was happening along with the reassurance to call her for any reason should we need to. Beth met me outside the clinic the next day and had sent the taxi as promised to collect me. Having her there at the clinic and staying until I left gave me so much trust and confidence- not once did I feel ‘vulnerable’ in a clinic in a different country. On the day of surgery, I was so relaxed. The surgery itself was no more than a little uncomfortable and nothing more. The staff at the clinic were all welcoming and professional.
The next day I was reading texts without glasses!! My new life had begun!
I am now 3 weeks post surgery and working on a laptop/driving and living glasses-free. This was the best decision I had made. Not only have I received top-class treatment at a fraction of the price I would have paid in the UK- I also had a short stay with my husband in one of the most beautiful cities in the world- this city is certainly worth visiting- it is clean, small enough to walk around and very safe, with the most beautiful architecture that would be hard to better. This city would be stunning at any time of year- we had a wonderful time exploring the quaint side streets.
I have no regrets about having the treatment or choosing Beauty In Prague. If you are considering having this done- I can say with confidence ‘DO IT’!! You will not be disappointed- you cannot be treated any better than how I was treated. My only regret is that I did not have this done sooner.

I had lens replacement surgery. I did research on Clinics in Prague and from the initial enquiry with Beauty in Prague they were lovely professional staff that were very helpful and gave me confidence to go ahead with the surgery. The cost was also a factor. Nela was great and answered any questions I had. A taxi met me from the airport and Beth arranged taxis to and from the hotel to clinic. On the day of surgery all the staff and surgeon were very professional and also put you at ease.
This was the best thing I have ever done, to regain my full vision. It's amazing.
I am only sorry that I did not have this procedure done a couple of years ago.

I went to Beauty in Prague clinic to have a facelift surgery. Before I arrived there I corresponded with the clinic coordinator Nela, who was incredibly helpful explaining every single step towards the surgery, I sent them photos and had the doctors feedback after telling me exactly what to expect. I reaserched other places, compering prices etc and this clinic sounded the most approachable, friendly and most of all super organised for someone who lives in another country (uk). The price was much cheaper than in UK so I made my decision.
On the arrival the clinic organised to pick me up from the airport and dropped to the apartment where I was staying. On a day of my surgery they picked me up and I had my consultation with a surgeon and after had blood tests and was seen by a doctor to give me a green light for the surgery.
It is important you are healthy so it's better to have the tests earlier to make sure you are ok.
The surgery went well, I don't remember anything after the nurse gave me the drugs and I woke up on my bed with a bandage around my head. I won't be kidding it wasn't painful after, it was, my ears hurt and I was very swollen and uncomfortable however I was given antibiotics and painkillers so it was bearable. The nursing staff at the clinic were amazing especially for the first two days.
After two days I went to stay a week in a apartment I rented via Air&B.
Every day passed the swelling was going down and I felt less and less discomfort.
During that week I went for walks to the old town, Prague is so beautiful and there is so much to see. I was lucky I met another woman from UK who was having the same surgery on the same day as me so we met most days wandering around. After a week of my surgery I met my surgeon again and he discharged me so the next day I was able to fly back home.
I am now 5 weeks post surgery and I am so happy with my results. Despite the discomfort you feel short term you get long term amazing results. It is important to take your time for the recovery, rest a lot and be kind to yourself. After 4 weeks you can go back to do your usual life stuff. I returned to work after 2 weeks and no one noticed I had surgery, those who didn't know would notice a change, saying I look good but they just couldn't guess what's changed.
Thank you so much Beauty in Prague, I can now look in a mirror without the dull feeling of seeing my face tired all the time as that's what the access of skin would cause. Some people say i look 10y younger (I'm 44) but I'm just happy to see my face fresh again and I'm really grateful.

Me & my wife travelled to Prague to have RLE surgery. My wife was nervous but I was not not bad. When we got there the whole process was smooth from start to finish. In fact the process was smooth from my our 1st contact via email with Nela. I was provided clear information and pricing. We were picked up from airport by taxi that Beth had organised and were taken to hotel. No stress at all for us. We both got picked up from Hotel on Monday and had our tests at clinic which was very modern. Then for rest of afternoon and Tuesday all day we went sight seeing in Prague! On wednesday morning we got picked up and had our surgery. The consultant, Mr Pasta was great. He explained the whole process and talked to us all the way through procedue as you are fully awake during the procedure. My wife had surgery 1st and then it was my turn. We only felt some stinging and eyes were sensitive to light after the surgery. We got dropped back off at Hotel and we both relaxed and rested till evening. Next day we got picked up again and at the clinic the checks were done and we were both discharged. We put our sunglasses on and went sight seeing and then flew back on Friday evening! The whole experience was positive and it's been 4 weeks since the surgery and I can happily say I am writing this review with no glasses! Both my wife and me are happy with the service and the outcome. We both are very happy. We are still recovering but so far no need to wear glasses. We both see halo's at night from car headlights but they are getting less each day. I have been told the halo's take few months to finish or get so less that your brain gets used to it. But overall both our recovery is on schedule and we are both very happy with the outcome so far.

I recently returned from Beauty in Prague having had Multi Focal TORIC lens replacement procedure done. My experience has been absolutely fantastic. Having been fully dependent on wearing glasses from the age of two and having a stigmatisation in both my eyes, this was an easy yet overwhelming decision to make for me.
My greatest fear before having the procedure done was that my vision would deteriorate after surgery as I never had surgery done on my eyes before.
Needless to say all my fears were very quickly put to rest from my first email response from Nela. The next very helpful member of the team to make contact with me and answer each and everyone of my queries and concerns was Beth. She was at my beck and call for my entire stay in Prague and nothing was a problem for Beth to organise from organising taxi pick ups and drop offs to answering my queries. She was very pleasant and kind especially as I was travelling alone and wasn't familiar with Prague.
Each and every nurse in the clinic were very professional and reassuring from my assessment through to the follow up after my procedure.
The Doctors explained every query I had and the surgeon doing the procedure was second to none.
My eyes and vision, (4 days on) are ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!!!! No regrets, wish I had done this years ago. Thanks to everyone involved.

I had trifocal toric lens replacement two weeks ago. I've been wearing glasses and contacts since the age of 17 and had both short and long sight with astigmatism in both eyes. It got to the point where I couldn't comfortably see my computer screen and my contacts couldn't be adjusted anymore. I'd been reviewed several years ago at a London clinic but it was way too expensive and they only did one eye at a time. I found Beauty in Prague after searching Google, looked at the reviews and prices (!!) and took the plunge and I'm so pleased I did. From start to finish they looked after everything, Nela arranged everything and answered my questions before travelling, then Beth contacted me the day before I travelled to introduce herself. I was met at the airport and transported to and from my accommodation and the clinic for every appointment (Beth made sure I had taxi reg details and ETAs etc). She met me at the clinic and explained everything to me (her English is brilliant). The treatment itself wasn't painfull; they give you enough eye drops to sink a ship amd I opted for a happy pull!! It was obviously scary and slightly uncomfortable, but it didn't take long (about 15 minutes) and afterwards I had discomfort in one of my eyes for a few hours, which a couple of paracetamol sorted out. My sight it still settling down but I've been reassured it can take a while for the brain to adjust to the new lenses, and it is improving by the day. I'm so pleased I did it but couldn't have done it without Beth's support, kindness and constant reassurance. The fact it was a third of the uk price made it viable plus the fact both eyes are done at the same time was a bonus. I would highly recommend Beauty in Prague from start to finish they were excellent. They even sent me a link for a free 3 hour walking tour of Prague, which was brilliant.

They are all very well organised, helpful . . No bother there what so ever . I had refractive lens replacement,it was done in 5 minutes or less . Doctor was fantastic super at his job 😊. Highly recommend going there . Thank you all so very much ❤.
