I ordered some sample tiles on line and it was a very smooth and exciting experience. To be able to see with a full tile rather than a little square piece was and is fantastic.

Terrible experience, would not buy again. After spending thousands of dollars on tiles, they arrived a week late and pushed our whole project behind schedule.

Deeanne and the Team at Beaumont Tiles Bundaberg, are nothing but amazing. Awesome customer service, delivery and stayed on budget.
Deeanne certainly knows her product, gives you the time of day and is a great interior designer. In one meeting, we had everything sorted. By just giving her our ideas, budget and colours of what we were thinking and looking for. It was like she already knew what our thoughts were and displayed a few options out and explained the texture and colour pop options of the tiles, to enhance the room. She definitely made our decision a lot easier for us, so glad to have spent the time with her. The outcome was exactly, if not even better, of how we pictured. Highly recommend The Beaumonts Bundaberg Team to anyone.

Order was wrong and cracked tiles

I ordered through the online store and was given a date for delivery that wasn’t for my area, turns out I needed the tiles sooner. I rang the online store and the person who helped me on the line was even more than helpful, grabbing my details and organising for them to be picked up instead! She called me with detailed instructions on what to do and where to go and I had my tiles in hand a couple hours later! This has been my best experience with Beaumont so far!

We dealt with Cale at the Toowoomba store and could not be happier with our gorgeous bathroom. I have never renovated anything before, but I had high expectations of what I could achieve ('cause you know - I watch The Block!). Cale was amazing as he managed to translate the look I was going for into an actual choice of tiles, and matched wall to floor tiles! Plus gave me all the advice I needed on matching an amazing Sutherland vanity. I was also able to customise the vanity with the most glorius Cosentino vanity top, and I was also able to order extra handles, so the entire bathroom had matching handles - including both cupboards. We were just a few tiles short in our estimation and Cale organised extra from the warehouse, matching the exact batch!! Every single person who visits our house compliments us on the bathroom! It is truly special. Thank you, Cale. I would recommend you to anyone. Thanks so much. The tiles are the hero of our bathroom and everything else was chosen to compliment them.

I wanted 2 tile samples however the website did not give an option to collect from a store. So I had to pay the $25 for delivery. The tiles arrived broken into a thousand pieces. I managed to save a small portion of each tile but the majority went in the bin as sharp fragments. Waste of time and money paying for the delivery.

Great amount of tile options although a bit limited if you're not a lover of grey & white however, same at other tile suppliers.
The showroom is spacious, clean and nicely laid out. Terry and Jesse are super helpful and deserve 5 stars for their great customer service over the past two weeks. Thank you guys 🙏

The girls at Beaumont's Bokarina, have been more than helpful to me. I am currently doing a full house renovation and have visited the store multiple times, taken different samples and changing my mind multiple times. Nothing has been too much trouble, and I have felt supported through the whole process.

I bought tiles from Beaumont that according to the website were in stock and exclusive to Beaumont's. I didn't actually buy them online because they sent me a 15% off voucher for doing their style quiz that could only be redeemed in store - bonus!

So far so good- until I got to the store and was told they'd take 3 weeks to arrive. Disappointing, it meant I wouldn't get my new kitchen done in time for my partner's birthday, but we rescheduled our plans and our trades and settled in for the wait. Importantly, we passed the 7 day 'no penalty' refund timeframe.

A month and a half later I'm still waiting. Last update was that my tiles will arrive in the country at the end of next month- but they'll take an extra couple of weeks to get to me, even though they talk about 2 day shipping in metro areas all over the website.

I started looking around for alternatives and went to another store that sold the same tiles (so, not actually exclusive then), who were appalled at the timeline I'd been given and explained that the manufacturer make those ones in batches to order- so they're often delayed for weeks. They have a sign about it over the tiles in display in their showroom.

Beaumont on the other hand have my chosen tiles on display in every one of multiple branches that I've visited- so again, you think they're a Beaumont thing and that they'd have stock- not that they're a difficult special order.

The staff in the store I went to are lovely, they keep me updated and have been pretty transparent about the delay after the first time it was pushed out- but there's a disconnect between the stores and the website- the store had never heard of the voucher that sent me to them, and they seem limited in what they can do to help.

At the start when I was told about the 3 weeks, I tried to get hold of the web team to ask about the 2 day shipping to see if I could do anything with my order. A bit of a long shot, but you never know, I guess. They were unavailable most times I called or messaged and took days to reply to emails.

They referred me to a customer support team (which was just a feedback email). I let them know their website was showing incorrect info- they said they were aware, and gave a non-apology. They didn't mention a plan to fix it, and it hasn't been fixed- so I'm guessing the whole false advertising thing works for them.

I would avoid Beaumont. If you find something that's exclusive to them it might not actually be exclusive. Their website is riddled with false info and their head office/website team are unsupportive.

If you really must deal with them, go to a store, and if you have to special order anything be prepared for a very long wait.

When I placed the order it said it would be ready for collection 29/8. When the order email came it said 30/8 (weekend)...I called the Wooloongabba store to see why the delay, they said they don't have access to the online system and I had to call the online mob. Called them and they said it was being picked and would be delivered to Wooloongabba 29th and you want to charge me $40 to collect it from the warehouse (for a sub $20 order!). Called 29th and wooloongabba said it wasn't on the pallet!!!!! This means it won't arrive till next week.......ridiculous, VERY POOR service.

Very rude man who had never heard of click and collect. Told me I was wrong. When I finally got him to understand he stood up walked off through a door, I followed thinking I would help lift, to be told rudely to get out. Will never use Padstow Beaumont's again
