It took a day or so to get a response…

It took a day or so to get a response to a query but it was only as I needed a VAT receipt for work! They seem like a really great company, offering all kinds of ethical coffee bean options. Items arrived well packaged from the individual coffee bean roasters.

Great experience

The issue was resolved with minimal involvement on my part. The resolution did take a while and I had to follow up however, I think that was due to the coffee roaster and not the beanz representative.

Issue resolved with care and dilligence

I received coffee that was roasted 3 weeks ago (which is down to the individual roaster and not beanz obviously) but they were still very apologetic and offered to dispatch any coffee of my choice to make up for it. Happy with the outcome and polite approach of customer service team.

The lack of customer service is truly…

The lack of customer service is truly astonishing. My espresso machine has been malfunctioning for months and a video troubleshooting session concluded the machine is working fine. I am at a loss for words. Guess I will just throw my 2800$ espresso machine in the bin since I cannot get it serviced.

Excellent Customer Care

Beanz customer support arranged a replacement of an apparently bad batch of subscription coffee without any argument and also agreed to change the blend in case that was the issue. Very happy.

I would have given a 5 star if the…

I would have given a 5 star if the respond time was faster. I received my replacement bags (2) since the oroginal 2 bags were never shipped but once shipped my card was charged again for the replacement coffee. Dont understand why, had to send another email regarding that charge. Waited a whole entire week to get back my refund. Things got taken care of but didn't like how it was handled.

RESOLVED - Lack of proactive CSAT

***UPDATE**
Pro-active in getting back to me and replacing the incorrect coffee. Keeping the coffee subscription
Wrong grind was sent and I couldn't make coffee.
I emailed in. After suggestions which I tried eventually one bag was replaced.
One wasn't so I ended up paying £18 for one small bag of coffee.
Considering my subscription right now

Beanz use DPD to deliver coffee who…

Beanz use DPD to deliver coffee who can’t even find my address and then refuse to redeliver. Then Beanz make it impossible to contact them with no email address and nobody on the phone. Just buy direct from roasters instead because Beanz customer service is appalling, and I will be cancelling my subscription.

Great product great team

We have used beanz for our coffee for a year now and their service is second to none, on the rare occasion that we had a slight problem it was sorted out immediately no questions .. the products and the team are great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them ..
