I was a long term client until prices began to rise.
I agreed a new monthly contract sum and eight months later my new contract sum was never applied therefore I cancelled the account.
I can’t get my overcharge sum returned. This was as basic agreed contract sum less what was taken by BDR on DD……
BDR are still yet to credit my account, BDR are incapable of getting the basic maths correct.
I since agreed a service at 30% of BDR charge

Phillip is an outstanding IT professional. He is consistently super helpful and always seems to have the right answer, no matter the issue. He is patient, friendly, and always able to assist whenever I need support. His responses are attentive and prompt, and he communicates clearly, making even technical issues easy to understand. Took a long time to get actioned as cases kept on getting stuck with account managers rather than creating the new online exchange licenses. We asked for an updated list of the licenses that we now have to ensure all have been included but this still has not come through and I assume is stuck with the account manager
