We switched to Adam and the DUS Ltd team back in November 2021. (I did try to write this back then but for some reason it got rejected?).
They were referred to me from a very trusted connection - in fact more than one person had independently suggested them.

At the time, I was speaking to a number of providers and hadn't made my mind up. During the process, Adam and I spoke several times including at least one lengthy, free ranging in-person chat where it became clear that we could and would work together. That in-person meeting was something Adam pushed for and no other provider wanted or offered.
What did (with hindsight) impress me was the persistence and pressure Adam kept putting on me to sign up. I was taking my time, as usual, but this guy kept calling & emailing saying the outlook was bleak (understatement) and we needed to get something locked in right there and then. It could have felt like he was being pushy but quite clearly he was the expert and had knowledge and experience enough to see what could be happening. What is important is that he clearly cared and wanted to make sure we got a good deal.
Since then, I have continued to speak/message with the DUS team more frequently than I have with any previous provider - and not always directly about our contract or service. They helped smooth the path with some problems from the previous contract (my fault and they could have simply left me to it but they put in the extra work and effort to help me).
I appreciate that at the time of writing this the whole energy market is somewhere I dread to think about and have told many people that without DUS we would have been in a very different position than where we are now. That said, I can and would suggest getting in touch with the DUS team and seeing what they may be able to do to help. I can't guarantee what they can do but I know for certain they will definitely try and give you 100%.

Absolutely brilliant, from start to finish. Decent people, brilliant service, brilliant price, Switched all 8 of our supplies over to them. So easy to deal with. No hidden charges. No messing about with a huge call center, nothing was too much of a problem. It's rare to find a company that actually wants to help, with real down to earth people that weren't pushy like the other companies we tried. Contacted numerous companies before finding these people, other companies were so desperate to trick me into signing up, hiding extra costs, crafty spreadsheets to make it look like they were offering better rates, telling me no one would beat them on price, or even ringing me repeatedly at whacky times when busy. These people are genuinely brilliant.

Adam, thank you so much for your help and advice with my energy renewal. You were really helpful and were honest with me that the deal being offered was the best for me. I will be sure to use your guys next time my renewal is due.
