Listened to the patients concerns

Listened to the patients concerns, recalled a final image of what strength of lens was fitted previously to contrast with latest prescription and did not exert pressure to purchase new lenses /spectacles afterwards (when the patient had little time).

My optician, Helen, was exceptionally thorough, professional and highly competent throughout my appointment. She provided an excellent service and went to great lengths to clearly explain the procedures undertaken and the results.

Friendly & Helpful

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The optician Helen is lovely and happy to spend the time to explain things clearly. Easy to book appointments on the phone. Very clean and inviting practice.
