Great service and cheaper than Amazon too!

Batteries not delivered 8 days later.
Tracking system does not work, so I could not check the status of my order.
Poor service as I had to buy them locally today. Very disappointing service.
Will not use you again.

I ordered some multi-pack AA & AAA cells after business hours on Tuesday 27th Oct, opting for the economy 3-5 day in transit delivery. My order was acknowledged and dispatched the following day (Wed 28th) and delivered by Hermes during the morning of Friday 30th (2 days in transit - bonus). The order was securely packaged and I paid a good price for product and delivery. I have used Battery Station before and will continue to use them. Highly recommended

Great prices but delivery charges are way too much. Would still order again from them as long as I wasn't in a hurry and could get the cheaper delivery charge.

as long as your item works they are fine but as soon as you report a faulty battery they start accusing you that its your fault and it hasn't happened before. yes I got a refund but I didn't need the "as it may be highly likely that the same issue will occur again" bit.your emails state - "We don't believe there is anything wrong with the battery. We sell hundreds of them and we've not had any issues and there is no recall on the batch. We know from experience that single cells don't really end up being faulty, it's normally a problem on the batch if any" and "We have had previous no issues with this product or batch. I have proceeded to refund you for your order rather than send a replacement, as it may be highly likely that the same issue will occur again.". and your saying you didn't accuse me. maybe word your emails better

Very prompt delivery, but one of the batteries was incorrect. immediately replaced on a Sunday. very good service as mistake promptly dealt with, everyone makes the occasional mistake, but how they correct it counts. would definately use again.

Good products and great service.

We had an issue with the courier which was a pain but Customer services were quick to respond, very polite and exremely helpful. I always say anyone can be good when everything is going well. The true test is how they respond when it goes awry.

On this basis I have given them a five star rating, will happily use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

So batteries arrived damaged as package looked like it had been dropped. Thrown some of the batteries away and complained. The customer service is arrogant to say the least and said basically it’s our fault for throwing them away? How ridiculous. I would be very wary ordering from this company as they don’t stand up to there responsibility to the customer.

Ordered 4 x 24 pack varta batteries batteries for a specific reason. Batterystation chose to substitute paper 8 packs instead without asking.
Poor service really if there not in stock don’t sell them. I would have gone elsewhere.
You didn’t offer to return as I didn’t complain to you they only arrived an hour ago. Please don’t make things up.
Agent apologised quickly and admitted it was a mistake and gave additional info. cheers

I ordered batteries one afternoon and they were with me the next day. Most impressed. Thoroughly recommend them

Ordered over the weekend and pre-warned about possible delays. Goods delivered Tuesday. Far better service than one of their competitors and were cheaper too.

Have used batterystation for button batteries, AA batteries and rechargeable batteries. Have found their service very good
