Driver didn't show; no alternative arranged
After waiting 20 mins in arrivals, the driver could not be found. No message. No email. After ringing them, found out that that driver's previous customer was 2 hours late. 20 mins later the driver calls me to tell me he will be another 45 mins. Awful customer service, especially that I had to contact the driver to find out where he was. Last thing you want after a 24 hour flight. Apparently, too busy to contact me and too busy to organise a replacement car. Clearly unreliable, unprofessional and certainly not to be used again

Great service, very professional drivers, great rides
The driver was patient with the delay of my flight to get to the gate and the long and slow motion immigration queue in London Heathrow airport...
He also took me and my family to our destination and only left when he was sure we were in the right address and were able to open the door (Airbnb).
I checked the price of using other options and found the BA Transfer to be better or very similar. When added the quality of services, it is a no brainer...

Excellent Service with great commitment
i just booked 1 day before for my pick up from Gatwick Airport at Midnight, and my flight got delayed nearly 2 hrs though it is very late but still they have ensured the pick-up and driver was very polite and excellent service!!!

Driver turning up an hour late
Booked a car to arrive an hour after flight landed. Called driver assigned when I was out but was told he was not working that day and to call office. The new driver arrived an hour later than the time booked. I used to use BA transfer previously, was surprised the service had gone down so much since.

First experience and won’t be last
Excellent customer service, they called to confirm and explain what ever I asked. Our flight was delayed and they did what required to make sure the driver was on time. The driver was polite and professional in driving not like some other companies I tried before or caps. I recommend Batransfer to everyone visiting London because the proficiency and cost. The website need more organize on smartphones.

The customer service is good, driver was polite and helpful. I am regular with them for last few years except couple of times when the things went wrong but no issue the company is good overall with their drivers and cars, highly recommended. 👍
