Had what we wanted and delivered in good time

Popped in on the off chance they had a showroom. They do not, but the 2 staff were very helpful and advised they had what I was after in stock and went and got it for me. I was then shown exactly how to assemble my shower rail. The shower rail was very reasonably priced, more than 50% then I had seen elsewhere, and so far has been a really good purchase. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with products such a reasonable cost. When I received item I realised I had ordered the wrong mixer. The one we needed was not on website so called up spoke to someone straight away. was no problem sent back and they sent out replacement. I have been telling all friends and family how impressed I am with this company 😃

Great looking products and great price. We had a leaking part on the shower riser, emailed the company and they sent out a replacement part without any questions. Great service and will definitely use again.

Good people to work with, we only had bathrooms supplied from here, but everything was sorted quickly. Any hiccups were dealt with promptly.

I purchased a concealed shower valve only to realise how rubbish quality it was when it arrived. I only had to open the 1st box containing the rain shower head which had gritty unsmooth edges. Definitely not for me.

Once a return request was sent had no reply even though they say they reply in 2 days.

Took issue with PayPal. BATHROOM House partial refunded me. Deducted £70. They have made a video recording of unboxing the return box. All i can say its the most pathetic thing I seen.

They have made out that the shower rail is damaged. In the video you can see the unboxer is strugging with the shower rail and its off the cameras view. This doesn't prove anything.

If you think this nonsense cant go any lower then your wrong. They say i tried to fit the shower rail. Bear in mind this is a concealed shower so 1st the valve would need fitting. Then the moisture borads would go on. Then the wall would be tiled. See my point. So i tried to fit the rail without even fitting the valve. OK. I think the stupidity speaks for itself.

Do yourself a favour and avoid. Many other reviews say the same thing. Obviously a recurring theme here.

Ordered a shower riser for my shower valve but it didn't fit. Asked for a refund, staff said they'd try issue one but spent days on emails suggesting other products instead of a refund. I've ended up keeping the item which is no use to me and staff at this company wasted my time on calls. I would not recommend buying from them because you'll waste your money.

I ordered a thermostatic bath filler with shower attachment plus a bath waste / overflow attachment on 26 Feb for next day delivery. Despite all being in stock when ordered, when picked the waste was out of stock. I agreed to delay delivery by one week. Shure enough one week later shower turned up but no waste. It has taken until today (15 April) following numerous emails, photos etc for them to admit that the waste was not shipped. Apparently initially all of their warehouse records etc showed that it had shipped so I guess their warehouse needs some attention.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of after-sales support from Bathroom House. I purchased an "Oslo Chrome Deck Mounted Thermostatic 3 Way System". This unit has been plagued with issues since installation.

Initially, the diverter was faulty (which they did replace), but now the main tap has developed a significant leak that pools in the bathtub. I emailed their support team 15 days ago and to date, I have received nothing but an automated response.

What is most frustrating is their automated "warning" that sending a chaser email will move you to the back of the queue. This essentially leaves the customer in "support limbo" with a faulty, leaking product and no way to get an update.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to a product that is of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. This tap is neither. I am still waiting for a resolution and a replacement cartridge. I hope this public review finally prompts a response from someone in the team.

Very good product wet room shower screen

I purchased a hot water tap from Bathroom House, and the experience has been a nightmare. Since installation, the water has a persistent, foul chemical/plastic taste that makes it completely undrinkable. Despite the company’s claims that the tank is stainless steel, there is no evidence of this in the product documentation, and the taste suggests otherwise.
Worst of all, the company has completely ignored my attempts to resolve this. I have reached out multiple times to arrange a return for this faulty item, and I have met a wall of silence. It seems they are happy to take your money but disappear when their product fails. It is unacceptable to sell a product for human consumption that is clearly unfit for purpose and then refuse to communicate. Save your money and your health—shop elsewhere.
