Well, I clicked on ladies, found the plimsolls & added to basket to order. Received them & they've sent kids sizes for all 3. Just as well I didn't order a a lot more. How does that happen. They obviously have to go back. My girls shoe sizes start from size 1 onwards. To top it all, the plimsolls looked great in design, but naff in reality.

The sandals are comfortable, quite wide for comfort when your feet get hot in the summer. Nice shade of blue and the flower looks pretty.

I'm a big fan of gladiator sandles, but couldn't find the perfect pair until I visited the Barretts website. And there they were! And. In. The. Sale!!! London Rebel, Corfu. They arrived the next day and fitted perfectly. I love the gold trim up the front and the gold heels.

I am disappointed with the service and the fact that I wasn't rang to say that the item was no longer in stock.

This was my first time shopping online with Barratts. Delivery was on time and the shoes arrived in good condition and well packaged. They did not suit however and so had to be returned. Returns are not free and so I had to pay. This is my only gripe with the online shopping experience with Barratts but it is a significant one - so much so that I don't think I will be shopping online with Barratts again. There are other retailers who offer free returns and I'll deal with them instead.

Shoes arrived fine, and quickly, but when looking at the returns policy, there is no option to return back to a store or via Collect+; so would prove expensive to return....

I have always loved barratts, they are not cheap but the quality of some of the footwear lets barratts down.

Seem comfortable, very light, have not worn them out yet. Look pretty. I had ordered these from a catalogue originally but they had big black stitching on the inside of the ankle strap which irritated the foot, returned them and ordered from Barratts, they were stitched properly (not in black) so kept them.

Picked my shoes ordered paid and waited 2 days. and delivered paid shoes and postage cost less travel time ,less travel expense, ideal oh and shoes are great as well recommend this site to all from bargain sale to best well heeled good variety fast service great

I placed an order on 15th June and still yet to receive it. Called customer services on Friday who told me the order was complete and being sent out that day. On Monday 22nd I receive another email saying two items are missing from my order and that I may request a refund and still the order has not been sent. Lies over the phone, false information and no way of tracking orders. Not surprised this previous giant in the shoe world went into administration. With this quality of service I wouldn't be surprised to see the online service follow the same path! Will never use again

I placed my order, money was paid and conformation email recieved. Expecting delivery within 48 hours only to recieve an email 5 days later saying they no longer had any stock and therefore couldnt fulfil the order. This 2 days before fathers day, so my husband ended up without his gift from our little boy.
this is not the first time that this happened, left feeling very frustrated.
