Barratts Shoes Recenzje 

I ordered 2 pairs if shoes and had to return both pairs as not quite big enough. Returned second class parcel post via post office...and then worried that I had not sent them recorded delivery. However....I have now been refunded after I enquired via customer services. I had to spend almost £3 for the postage which was a pain... But no other issues.

Quick delivery, but the shoes that I ordered were really hard leather and size 10 were too big so returned them. The only gripe is the cost of sending them back. Maybe Barratts should offer a returns label option on checkout so the customer can choose this option

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes from baratts, 3 in a size 5 and 1 for my daughter in a size 4. 1 pair of the size 5 fitted me and I'm very pleased with them. Another pair was at least a size bigger, and the size 4 were extremely narrow fitting so both these pairs had to be returned. Barratts offer no return service so their poor quality control on sizing cost me 3.90GBP and a visit to the post office. Barratts need to wise up to the quality of delivery and returns offered by the competition or they will lose customers.

Got this shoe on line and it was delivered promptly, that was perfect. . Bt I promise myself I will never wear them again or shop frm barrat.
Got a size 8 which is normally my size and an 8 is normally a 42 bt this time am sure it was a 40. Wore it to work and now I hv lost two of my toe nails on both feet. Got plaster cover up the exposed nails. I wont b wearing sandal this summer :(

I ordered a pair of shoes after waiting a while I chased for a delivery date because the link was not working for tracking I was informed the shoes had been delivered and to go ask my neighbours if they had taken the shoes in I explained that I hadn't had a card saying which neighbour the shoes had been left with I asked some of my neighbours but they hadn't taken the shoes in reported this back and was told the package had been signed for I then asked for a copy of the signature to which I was asked to supply a sample of mine I'm still waiting for a response over these 10 pound shoes that appear to be part of the Kings magic clothing!

Received a pair of shoes excellent service but fitting was too big haverequested a smaller size I returned them On 17th July but have heard nothing from you

I ordered two pairs of Lotus shoes and was informed that they have been discontinued. I was very disappointed as they were for two special people for a very special occasion.
I don't check my email every day so found out very late and couldn't find an alternative in time. To make matters worse they are still being advertised nearly a week after i was told that they have been discontinued.

Wake up Barratts !!!,I don't want anyone else to go through what i experienced

Very slow service. Not impressed at all. Ordered a week ago and still no show.

Ordered slippers and sandles. Slippers were fine but sandles too small. Shane there are no free returns.

I placed an order for boots. When they came, the incorrect size was in the box. Rather disappointing. Had to return wrong size and I'm still waiting for the correct ones.

I found the site easy to use,my order was completed quickly and my shoes arrived within a couple of days,i was very impressed i will use again.

Paid £3.99 for the sandals to be delivered. They were too big/wide so I needed to send them back so spent another £3.00 to return them. Seven pounds wasted on a pair of sandals that didn't fit! I won't order from Barratts again. Most retailers offer free delivery.

I ordered a pair of Rieker sandals from Barretts. They were in the sale and I was really pleased that they had my size as I had been searching other websites for these particular sandals without success. The ordering process was easy and they were delivered to me within a few days.

Really comfortable and they looked the same as illustrated on your website.

Competative purchase and quick delivery

Hush Puppies have produced Ceylon Sling sandals to replace the ever popular Rosebud sandals. Rosebud were my best ever sandals, however the "tan" colour of the Ceylon sling is nothing like Rosebud which was a very natural light tan, great for summer. The Ceylon Sling is much darker, so will be returning them.

I normally order two sizes of each style I like as shoe sizes vary. I was not happy to find I have to pay for the returns - most other catalogue/on-line suppliers offer this service. To this end, I wont be ordering from Barratts again.

They where delivered when they said they would also they were what I expected comfortable..
