horrible shipping method
I bought a pair of trousers from them and now they are stucked at a TNT hub because their documentation is not regular. I also received an email from them where they tell me that what TNT is saying is not true. Now they are planning on a refund of the product minus 30 dollars of fees. Horrible. Hope they see this andthey'll do something. If that imma change the review

We weren’t the ones who wanted to return your package, it's TNT express. When a package has been at TNT warehouse for so long they either send it back or destroy it, that’s why there is a restocking fee because when the item is returned to us we pay a lot of money for it. We have contacted TNT and the issue has been solved. I hope you've received your item.

Staff go the extra mile to ensure orders come quick and everything fits, they went as far as to contact people wearing a particular item I was interested in just to guarantee a perfect fit. They respond quickly and are always putting in the extra mile, hands down the best customer service experience I’ve had.
