Hello Basil, we're very sorry for the delay however it was completely out of our control because of Covid-19 but now things are getting back to normal slowly. It’s not like we didn’t use express shipping. We used Fedex to ship your order and Fedex is usually fast and about sizing on the product page we mention the size a model is wearing and his height and weight and we also have size chart. You might have forgotten to check the size chart and when an item doesn’t fit you can always apply for a refund.

Hello Yannick, there has been a rise of covid-19 cases and we've been on lockdown for 24 days, most airports were closed so all packages had to be moved to Another airport and this process takes time. Your package has been delivered already and we’re very sorry again for the delay.
I have purchased a jacket a month ago w/ no product
I have purchased a jacket a month ago (March 22nd) with no product shipped to me. I was told it was due to covid, it should ship within a couple days (a few times). Then I was told FedEx would take over the shipment 1 1/2 weeks ago and it would ship by last Tuesday April 12th if the problem wasn’t solved. Still nothing. I requested a refund or a new product to be shipped. Denied on both accounts. The only reason I haven’t disputed this transaction with my bank (which is my next step) is because the customer service is responsive. Very disappointed, I wanted this jacket while it was still cold outside.

Hello Garrett, we're very sorry for the delay. Before Fedex takes over packages that are coming from an area that has Covid, they have to make sure all packages are clean before they get shipped out so this process can take up to 5 days. Your package has already arrived and i hope you like it.

Hello, we're very sorry for the delay. It was completely out of our control due to the lockdown. Your package was in transit but then the airport had to close due to the pandemic so we we had to transfer all packages to another airport but this process takes time because they have to make sure all packages are clean before they get sent to another airport. You can see that after we updated your tracking number to Fedex it only took 4 days to arrive. Now we’re shipping all orders from another airport that’s not under lockdown and it only takes 4-5 days.
Once again we're very sorry for the inconvenience. I hope you can give us another chance.

Bought a PRBLM white Twill cotton…
Bought a PRBLM white Twill cotton Jacket. The jacket came in a shipping bag with no protective packaging at all. I like the quality and fitment of the product however the color itself is not as white as shown in pictures. It's more like off white in color. I still liked the product though. there were some threads hanging out of some places which I snipped off with scissors.
