Excellent service from Graham, Damien and Jack at Barlow motors Wolverhampton… we picked up our second SEAT Arona today. Very pleased with the communication during the build phase of the car and collection was a breeze. All documentation was ready for us when we arrived . Thank you.

We had the most amazing service at Barlow's Motors. We were guided through the process by James Wilshaw who was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely patient. We changed our mind on one car and he helped us to find an alternative which we have picked up today and are extremely pleased with.
I have never driven an automatic car and James gave me the confidence to test drive it and see the benefits of an automatic car.
Videos of our purchase were sent to us and the handover by James was thorough and he set up all our phones etc and ensured we were confident with the equipment in the car.
Our whole experience was enhanced by this amazing service and I would highly recommend Barlow Motors Group.

I came to Stoke Seat around 2/3 weeks ago looking for a car, I found I liked the Seat Arona that was at the dealership already. before coming to take a look i had spoken to Tendai Mutanda over the telephone to discuss my wants and likes and what was available, He then offered an appointment for 2 days later to go for a look and a test drive of the car, the day before the appointment Tendai sent a personal video message to give me some information before the appointment. I quickly realised what the service from Tendai and the rest of the dealership would be like. I went to the appointment and was greeted by every staff member that was in that day and was made to feel welcome by all with refreshments too! I wasnt left alone for too long without getting an update from someone who were only to happy to help and answer any questions i had. That day i decided i was having the car and completed checks/paperwork etc. I was told all about the car and the deal i was getting and was told 5 days later i could collect my car! What brilliant service that is! The day before I again received a video message from Tendai to let me know details for the day of collection, He was on hand throughout the process to answer any questions i had at any point, and the response was immediate. Collection day arrived and yet again the service i had was amazing and i couldn't find a fault with anything, friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, perfect place to purchase/lease a car from. I would like to say a personal thank you to Tendai for all his help and support throughout my journey to getting my car, you have been brilliant, friendly and just all around a nice guy. I would definitely recommend your service and also anyone else at the dealership as i cannot fault my time with Stoke Seat at all. I'm afraid I have absolutely nothing positive to say about my experience with Barlow Motors Seat Stoke. From the patronising sales person who constantly referred to me as "chick", despite me being a mature, professional woman. To the lack of communication. Barlow motors advertised a vehicle that had a fault that in the end they were unable to fix. Despite this they took my deposit, invoiced the finance company, accepted the funds and advised a delivery day. The delivery was postponed and rearranged several times and left me with a huge loan and no vehicle. I had to chase everyday for an update and in the end was forced to cancel the purchase and reapply for finance, effecting my credit score negatively. I was offered a pathetic £100 compensation which I declined and instead will have to take legal action against them.
Be warned. "Awaiting preparation" means the vehicle hasn't even been subjected to the necessary checks so please don't apply for finance on them unless you want to screw up your access to credit.

Wonderful experience from entering the garage and Ian introducing himself to driving away 4 days later with the car Ian was approachable, informative and just nice pleasant gentleman to deal with the whole place felt pleasant and happy even though they were very busy and I can see why I cannot recommend this place enough. Barlows ŠKODA Crewe well done

It seams i am not alone with a poor experience with Barlow Skoda Crewe
I bought a Kodiaq Sport line for over £32,000
When i got the car home i noticed a couple of weeks later that the sills were different colours and had over spray and masking tape still on it, When i contcated them i was told that i had "Every chance to look on my hands and knees at the time",
Well i buy a car from a Main Dealer so i dont have to get on my hands and knees, I assume they have checked it and removed any finance on it "Not in this case"
So my advice would be check your purchase very very carefully with a fine tooth comb before parting with you hard earned cash and dont believe a word you are told, I even wrote to the main man at the Barlow group and didnt even a reply be warned !!!

I saw a car dvertised on Auto Trader and enquired about it - taking a screenshot photo of the advert. It then took almost 4 working days to be told by Dave Clarke that the car advert I was looking at was a different specification, and at a different price, never the less I eventually received a quotation to buy a car I was wanting to buy, then when a verbal proposal was given and the detailed information requested to be confirmed in writing, (as I was driving at the time) it was received - in part. I followed up on it to get the missing promissed information, and I followed that up to confirm the proposal was favourable and I wanted to know how to make a deposit on the sale - sent to TWO Sales Reps - (Harry and Dave) neither responded to my emails. Little did I know that at the time of my telecon the previous day another customer was in the process of buying the very same car, but still the sales rep (Dave Clarke) made and sent me the personalised video of the car the next day - indicating our package deal, which had already been secured to a diffeent customer. Tuesday to Saturday. No wonder the sales guy went home ill and did not respond to my emails. A truly shockingly poor experience from Barlow Skoda, Crewe. Cowboys hired to sell cars

Inept Cowboys at the Crewe Skoda garage. Confirmed price and details of a vehicle on Autotrader with the general manager over the phone prior to making the 1 hour trip. Went through the part exchange process and after waiting some considerable time I was informed the business manager had priced the vehicles incorrectly and we would need to pay a further £8000. Coward of a general manager remained hidden and didn’t bother to offer his apologies, sent the young sales rep out instead. Apparently the general manager had just returned from Thailand and wasn’t “on it” which was the excuse for him providing the false information.

car went for service there they scratched the paint work rang up to complain to be told im a liar. they did a video report to find not one word was legible

Poor customer service from service Department, they failed to extend Roadside assistance 2 years running following the service, which was part of the promotion, despite telling me they had renewed it, hopeless.
