My Cupra Formentor was serviced, and health checked, for the 3rd year in succession today, and had it's 1st MOT. As usual, everything was first rate, and the cost more than reasonable for a main agent. An excellent Service Dept employee, (Patrick), who lives quite local, even collect's the car from my home, and return's it again later, which is a tremendous help !!. Well done all at Barlow's, this is how it should be done !!.

Bought a car from them 2 years ago, another one this week. Both times the service has been great and staff really helpful. The last car was a great pric, low milage and a really good car never had any problems with it and it was an older car. Just bought new car (only 2 years old), great value for the low mileage on it.

I spent hours over a week and the sales team and management were fabulous and very patient with me. The service has been top notch from start to finish, excluding a delay in the build week which would be easy to blame the guys at Crewe, wasn't their fault, clear and concise updates were given and I have since referred several customers who have also been as happy

Purchased a Skoda from Barlow Motors Stoke in April which developed a fault approximately 2 weeks later. We contacted the dealership with limited response-later finding out the salesperson had left but we had not been informed. Attempted to reject the vehicle well within the 30 days given by the short-term rejection rule of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and were told they would not honour the rejection as they did not have to comply with the legislation. At this point we also became aware that despite being told the vehicle had a Skoda approved warranty, It did not. Forwarded the complaint to Skoda Customer Services who attempted to mediate on our behalf but to no avail as they would not budge, and then ignored Skoda's communications-including the CEO Dave Barlow. By this point the fault has resulted in the car not moving for several months. We have paid for an independent report which states that the car was not of satisfactory quality when sold, as there is a serious fault with the automatic transmission. All evidence has been sent, as we have a chargeback in progress with the bank. Barlow's defence is that we still have the car...of course we do as they will not accept it back and we cannot afford to have it towed almost 100 miles (this is also not our responsibility under the legislation), It has been available for collection since we reported the fault.
The lack of understanding and customer service in this case has been astounding and the stress and anxiety has caused physical illness.
Buyer beware of thinking that purchasing from a main dealer is a safe bet.
We thought Skoda were a trusted brand but this has made us think again.

My experience finding a Fabia suited to my needs was exceptional because I met Brad Lawrence,a Sales Executive at Barlow Motors in Crewe.He went out of his way to find a Fabia of my favourite colour with a SatNav which some Fabias do not have.He explained all the documentation really clearly and made changing to a smaller Skoda staightforward and so pleasant.He provided me with great service for which I am truly grateful to him and Skoda as a whole.

Just purchased a used SEAT Leon from Barlows in Stoke. Lewis was a knowledgeable and friendly sales rep and made the whole experience very easy. Very happy with the car, would certainly buy from Barlows again.

Choosing a new car these days, can be a daunting business, with so much variation of model, engines, standard equipment and selectable extras.

In this respect, Brad did a thoroughly professional job in helping to find just the right car to match my needs. He was patient, well informed, extremely knowledgeable and listened carefully to my questions. I found his advice invaluable.

Following visits to the showroom, telephone communication was excellent, particularly regarding calls from both Brad and Dave over a new car which had just become available and which might and did suit me.

I have every confidence in my forthcoming purchase from Barlow Motors Crewe and am genuinely excited that I have found a beautiful car which faraway exceeds any initial expectations of mine.

Just not enough stars available. Josh listened carefully to our vehicle needs and spent so much time finding the right car. He looked after us so well and managed a tricky test drive situation with 6 other passengers, all wanting something different from the vehicle. This was a challenge finding the right car for passengers aged 84 to 12 with varying disabilities, as well as a husband with a dislike generally to car salesmen. Also special mention to Danny in finance who simplified the deal. Thank you

We tend to be wary of salespeople, but we went to have a look at a couple of cars on the forecourt at Barlow Motors in Newcastle, Staffordshire.We wanted to ask a few questions and Stewart was knowledgeable, experienced,friendly and good humoured, without being pushy.When we described to him what we wanted from a car, he recommended a car that really fit the bill. He was very helpful and reassuring on the test drive and provided us with great patience and excellent service throughout the buying proces. Would very highly recommend.

Purchased a Peugeot 2008 from barlows on collection of car damaged wheel had not been repaired drivers side front tyre only had just 3mm of tread front brake discs worn rear discs pitted and black sos light flashing red required new back up battery had car booked in to see if they could do it but not offered a vehicle to use until rerepaired

We have just purchased they used Karoq from Barlow Motors. Wow what a great experience. Over the telephone David and James where calm and generous with their advice. Within a few hours James has sent us a comprehensive video of the car we were interested in. On the day of handover James carefully took us through all the different paperwork making sure that we knew exactly what we were signing. He seemed to know this so well.
