Delivered on time at reasonable prices. Have used the company for years! Pity it took DPD two deliveries to deliver two parcels.

Bird feed items arrived on schedule and well packaged, but most importantly the birds are loving it! That is what I call value for money and I am happy to recommend Bargain Bird Food to others.

I usually get a quality premium tit food for my bird feeders. As winter was approaching, I decided to get the WINTER MIX which was more expensive. It was a waste of money. It was literally a cheap mix with a handful of millworms in the 5kg bag. I purchased 25kg. The feed was poor quality and mostly rejected by the birds. I did contact customer services who gave me a c☆☆k&ball story about feed change and it would be alright in a couple of days... How wrong they were. It's a shame I can't leave pictures of the waste below the feeder.

Bargain Bird Food were let down by their courier Evri who emailed me twice saying they were unable to deliver my parcel. Emailed BBF who promptly replied and escalated the delivery, which arrived next day. The box had been badly damaged by Evri, hence the delay. The contents, Bird Feed Pellets had been put back in the box in a flimsy plastic bag, not the type of strong plastic bags used by BBF. Checked the weight, it seemed ok. Evri's excuse for late delivery was they were trying to deliver to a business address that was closed. Rubbish, my road is purely residential. No wonder Evri has such a bad reputation.
