First time customer due to local vet no longer supplying the dog food I need. Items were ordered easily online and were delivered really quickly and well packaged. I've set up an 8 week timed delivery subscription and thus far I'm confident that my expectations will be well met Well done all at Virbac for the excellent service.

We’ve been using this brand for a couple of years now, recommend by our vet to bring our Labrador type 12 year old mongrel’s weight down and possible diabetes. The weight fell off quite dramatically at first, about 2Kg a month in the first year, this has slowed now but never reversed.
We used to purchase the food from the vet, buying 4 bags and getting the 5th one free, but this deal came to an end a few months ago. We now get it direct with only a 10% reduction (on repeat) making it even more expensive and for us on pension credit, not really affordable. But a good product.
With the animal about 14 years old now, a rescue from Portugal, alas he can’t go on for much longer. Totally un-replaceable.

Customer service person was very helpful and pleasant. Order arrived quickly and was great quality.

I ordered a Zenifel gel diffuser as one of my cats was getting quite stressed due to construction work next door, and was starting to growl and hiss at my other cats, when he normally interacts with them happily. The diffuser was ordered and rather than taking the expected 3 days to arrive, it was with me the next day. It seems to have made quite a difference already, only a week, as the peace seems to be restored and I would dare to say that it is the diffuser helping with this. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again - great service and (seemingly!) great diffuser.

We get a 12kg bag of Virbac delivered from them. When we are needing it sooner or later than the planned 14 day cycle it has been very easy to call and alter the delivery date.

Purchase virbac for my dog since my vet doesn’t supply any more. Happy with the delivery which I subscribe for - and for which I had to change for an earlier delivery slot which arrived as specified

Have always used Virbac food for my German Shepherd (notorious for sensitive tummies ) and he thrives on it , his general health his coat the brightness of his eyes. Have recommend Virbac gastro to a couple of friends who's Shepherds were having tummy issues ongoing and within a few weeks the issues were resolved. I used to buy my Virbac from the vets but now buy direct and it is so easy and super efficient delivery and no carrying heavy bags so in every aspect I can't recommend Virbac enough so many thanks to all at Virbac.

Placed first order on subscription and it was dispatched immediately with delivery on the following day. Great service and much better than having to drive to the vet every time to pick up. Great service.
