If you’re looking for a brilliant and pro active agent, who has experience and has the best interest of the seller and buyers you have to use Allannah at Balgores estate agents in Chelmsford. I am a single women and have been looking to sell my house and she arranged the viewing asap with my Tennant and fitted around her, also l could message her any time and she would respond asap even on Sunday.

I was very impressed with Charlie and his team. I had no experience of selling a property by auction but Charlie’s experience gave me confidence. He ensured I was kept up to date at each stage and I am so pleased I took his advice. Thanks to Charlie and his team’s hard work, the house sold for a much higher price than I expected and the process was quick and painless. Contracts were exchanged at the end of the auction and completion will be in 28 days. There is no chance of the buyer trying to re-negotiate on the price or trying to delay the sale. I would definitely use Balgores again and would recommend them as they were both efficient and professional.

Highly recommended! Undoubtedly the best service i’ve received, having spoken to multiple companies in terms of my lend and where i was at. The enthusiasm and personal touch delivered by their mortgage team and more specifically Cemalie (Gemma) goes unmatched. She really supported me throughout the process, even after delivering their service made a conscious effort to keep track of my progress and offer advice.

These are people that love what they do and its not just another paycheque.

They never answer to the phone and only requires you to complete a form.
I personally think this is wrong because not all the necessary Information are available . As for example I have to enquire about the pets if accepted by the property and I have to complete a form . Plus never heard back so I stop completing them and avoingin any advert posted by them as they are useless!

I honestly cannot recommend Peter and Claire and Balgores enough!

Nothing was too much trouble, no question was too silly to ask and they were there for us 24/7 throughout our moving process.

The best thing we did for our move was having them on our team and I would 1000% advise anyone else to us their help.

Absolutely fantastic advice and service from Mortgage Advisor Peter and Assistant Claire (MAB). Communication was regular, professional and timely. Claire was proactive at following up any solicitor queries and Peter was contactable at all hours and always responded quickly! Top man!

Balgores Property has been an amazing service, the team there really did take the time to find me the perfect home that met my requirements. I have now moved in to my property.

I was quoted by the solicitors 2K but by the end of it i had to end up paying over £3,700, absolute joke !

This puts Balgores in a bad light as this is a service you recommend and offered.

This organisation helped us to sell our existing house and purchase our new house. They took all of the stress and aggravation out of this process making it easy and straightforward for us. As soon as we wanted to sell our home we went to Balgores Hayes and was met with Paul Hayes who you can only describe as a very experienced estate agent every thing he assured as was carried out and was professional in every aspect. His team were a credit to him especially Billy who we were in contact with more regularly.
The photos produced were amazing and the constant contact kept with us was very re-assuring we never had to chase them and the sale was completed without a hitch. On top of all this they were very nice people nothing was too much trouble.

From the date the better half and I got in contact with the absolute rascals of a team at the Upminster Branch we knew we were in safe hands.

We tasked Abbie and Chloe with procuring the home of our dreams (no easy feat with the boxes that needed ticking). The Balgores team shortlisted properties, handled our demands with the upmost professionalism and located a property that both "er indoors" and I fell in love with.

During the whole process their communication couldn't be faulted and then they passed us to Chris. Chris executed the purchase as a very seamless process bringing in his colleague Donna at the last minute to finalise the details.... What a bunch of Weapons they are!

Last but not least I would like to thank the mortgage broker that they introduced us to. A big shout out to Peter Walker! The term "high velocity impact" must have been coined for this man! He delivered his charisma, charm and wit throughout making what would normally be a stressful experience very enjoyable and a fun process.

Peter must knock on the doors of banks and mortgage lenders with a sledgehammer, he was always there and always willing. A true professional with so much knowledge of the industry, he had the answers before the questions had even been raised.

If only all experiences with Estate Agents and Customer service in general was this good the world would be a better place.

Lewis Channell‑Tomlinson​ helped us with getting a great product on a mortgage where he was very informative and talked us through every step of the way. We are very thankful to him for his extensive support whilst purchasing our property as you can imagine, purchasing a property can be very stressful. Hayley Rossiter was extremely helpful and very supportive in making sure we had all the relevant paperwork so we were in the best position to receive the mortgage offer.
