I uploaded my CV early this Monday morning on a recruitment portal. before 9am I had already received a call from Dean at Pear Recruitment. Dean had not only read my cv but during our lengthy telephone conversation he was also able to read me as a person as well as an experienced professional. instead of guiding me to a large number of agents on his books, he instead instinctively knew which Company would suit my needs. he persuaded his client to see me as soon as possible and by Tuesday lunchtime I was being interviewed. Later that same afternoon I was offered a position with the Company and Dean negotiated a great package that suited all parties. I now look forward to starting my new roll in March. I had previously spoken to other Recruitment Companies but I have to say that Dean's vast experience in recruitment and indeed as a former estate agent set him head and shoulders above the others.
