Absolutely impossible to get a hold of. I have tried everything, going through parent/sister companies, social media and their own website about the fact that EVERY BISCUIT in the pack was open. Its been 2 hours of trying with nothing to show for it. Do better please.

Die Packung von Butterkeksen wird immer kleiner aber der Preis steigt.
Nun wird auch am Zucker gespart, 35% weniger, das Ergebnis,...., die Kekse schmecken nach A... und Friedrich.

"New improved paper packaging" it proudly proclaimed on the front.

Not until I got back to my desk did the awful truth hit me. The box is the same size, but they are stacked in a funny way ......... and ....... one is missing!!!

Sure enough in smallprint on the back of the box it confirmed 8 biscuits. Some marketing genius conned me - well, you only get to make a fool out of me once ....... Not bought again. I even turn round the packs on the shelves so hopefully other people now see the blatant deceit. Currently priced at £2.25 for 8 in Tesco. Never again.

Oh dear, I see their rating has fallen again. The product is generally good, I love the Chocolate covered biscuits, but they are expensive, compared to several other really good alternatives. But today, “Took The Biscuit”. I bought a box to treat myself, only to discover they have redesigned the packaging, reducing 9 biscuits to now 8. That seems immoral given that they are twice the price of most others, so for me, that’s it, Never again will I be tempted, their Greed means I shall never again add to their wealth. Shame, but a lot of companies take this approach and after a few years go out of business.

Great product but why deceive with the same packet but less product. I feel cheated and will be looking elsewhere in future.

Die Lebkuchenbrezel schmecken Mitte Oktober schon so alt, dass ich bis und für Weihnachten keine mehr kaufen werde. Teurer und schlechter als früher mal, sehr schade!!!

Nice biscuits but due to the removal of one biscuit I will be buying the ‘ generic ‘ ones as just as nice . So 👎 you will lose sales now

9 biscuits down to 8! What a joke! Why us British public keep putting up with the multimillion pound companies taking the p”ss out of us I don’t know!

I will 100% not buy another packet. Bring back 9, @ £1.25 reasonable price.

Hundreds of millions in the bank, billions in assets - and now they feel the need to rip us all off by reducing the number of biscuits in a pack from 9 to 8. WAKE UP EVERYBODY - we must boycott these elitist con men!

Well done Bahlsen for removing the plastic inner tray to help the environment and no doubt save costs. However, they appear to have mislaid a biscuit reducing the overall weight to 111g while maintaining the price at between £1.35 - £2.00.

Bahlsen - the shrinkflation and inflation double whammy

I just purchased my last pack of Bahlsen's Choco-Leibniz at Waitrose.

Bahlsen have cleverly redesigned the new packaging to look like the original 125gm 9-biscuit pack so one is not aware the first time one purchases the new pack that it will only contain 8 (not 9) biscuits - the pack now weighs 111gm.

In addition to the "shrinkflation" there is a significant price hike at Waitrose from £1.25 (for the 125gm 9-biscuit pack) to £2.00 for the 111gm 8-biscuit pack.

The Bahlsen company are a no good bunch of greedy pigs and all their products should be avoided by customers so that their bottom line is seriously affected as a result of their greed.

Few might deny Bahlsen's Choco-Leibniz are delicious.

Except their biscuits have become rather unpalatable through shrinkflation and 'virtuous' packaging - the latter leading to broken biscuits.

The 125g pack of 9 is now a 111g pack of 8 with no mention of the reduction of the number of biscuits on the box.

In trying to fill the same-sized box, gone is the tray securely containing 3x3 biscuits in favour of trying to space-out the 8 biscuits. Except of those 111g packages purchased all contained broken biscuits.....

Sorry, Bahlsen - your biscuits are no longer for me.

Last time there were 12 in a packet. Today 8. Same price!
That's the last time I shall buy them.

Der sogenannte Aufreißfaden beim Leibniz Butterkeks ist seit Jahrzehnten eine Katastrophe. Das scheint bei Bahlsen niemand zu interessieren.

Weihnachtsartikel, auch Lebkuchen, beinhalten billiges ungesundes Palmfett. Dazu jede Menge Chemie. Die Qualität ist minderwertig geworden und dazu noch teuer.

Ich habe Kekse von Brand gekauft die absolut Schrott waren, ich habe mich beschwert, die schreiben mir das sie jetzt zu Bahlsen gehören und nichts damit zu tun haben. Was soll das??? Was ist Bahlsen für eine Firma??? Verkaufen Müll unter einem anderen Namen.

Wir empfinden es als gangsterhaftes Verhalten, wenn bei div. Produkten die Packungsgröße beibehalten wird, die Mengen reduziert und die Preise erhöht werden.
Bei Bahlsen scheint das Management zu glauben, dass deren Kunden auf Bäumen schlafen...!?

Nach über 60 Jahren kommen bei uns keine Produkte aus deren Sortiment mehr ins Haus !!!!!!

Ein Nachbar hat sich dem angeschlossen und meint
"Was für ein rotznäsiges Verhalten".
Da liegt die Vermutung nahe, dass dort irgendwelche Profilneurotiker am Werk sind, um sich bei deren Vorgesetzten anzuschleimen...!?
SO ZU AGIEREN KOTZT UNS EINFACH NUR AN - DORT WIRD EVTL. DAVON AUSGEGANGEN, DASS DIE KUNDEN ÜBERWIEGEND DUMM SIND.

warum nicht eine Tüte OHNE Schokokekse ? Dann gibt´s auch mehr Sterne !

Sorry Bahlsen aber das ist Kundentäuschung .Ihr legt kleine Zettel aus auf den steht bei kauf von Bahlsen Produkten von mindestens € gibt es 1€ Rabatt. An der Kasse erfährt man das es nur bestimmte Produkte betrifft. Es geht mit Sicherheit nicht um den 1en€ aber die Art und Weise ist schäbig. Ich werde in Zukunft keine Bahlsen Produkte kaufen.
