Good & reliable service. I used it to transport 3 suitcases to LHR as we were travelling with a baby and would have required an XL taxi to get to the airport. For £62 - all the bags were picked on time and delivered at the assigned dropped off point.

Effortless transfer and so glad we had bag budy!
It’s our first time to London and so glad we have engaged bag budy service to transfer our luggages. We had to checkout at 11am and our flight is at 7pm. Can’t image pulling our luggages during the window period. Glad we have bag budy and we could shop and travel to the airport effortlessly.

Fantastic service
From start to finish this was an excellent service and i really feel they went the extra mile for me.
Communication was swift and faultless even on a Sunday afternoon. Bags were collected on time and then i was met at the airport by my check in desk by two very smartly dressed gentlemen which was so helpful and this service was worth every penny.

I booked BagBudy at the eleventh hour, 24 hours before my flight from London Heathrow to Delhi. The reason I booked it is because I had a foot injury and I didn’t want to lug my suitcases to the airport. I am very impressed with the service. Everything ran seamlessly, I got constant updates about ETA. I had booked the check-in service as well. So not only were my bags delivered on time, I was also checked in a speedy manner. I highly recommend this service, and will be using in the future so I can get the time back and commute to airports stress-free.

Excellent Service!
Excellent service, ideal for my family plans on the day of travel. The driver came on time to pick the bags up at the hotel and sealed them with my name on it which was pretty nice. He was also very friendly and answered all my questions.
The team kept us informed all the way and there were no hassles at all. Would definitely recommend!

Website looks thorough and legitimate. Pre-sales contact generally helpful. I paid £45 for collection of two bags from Heathrow.
On the day - no one there to meet us. Waited an hour and a half. Didn’t answer the provided “emergency” phone line. Phone on website goes to a competitor’s helpdesk. No responses since to email, Facebook message, voicemail or phone call.
I seem to have lost my money and incurred new costs and inconvenience moving and storing my bags for the day.
Don’t fall for this.
