Convenient service that reduces the hassle of loading and unloading luggage from taxis. The check-in assistance add-on meant we could comfortably focus on supporting elderly parents to the accessibility counter while our luggage was delivered to us at the check-in desk

Rana was helpful and accommodating, pick up and delivery was smooth. Lugguage free travelling via Paddington and Heathrow was a breeze.

Excellent service, nice people
At its most basic, BagBudy picks up your stuff and holds onto it until you're ready to retrieve it at the airport. Unlike some airports, in Japan for example, which have dedicated counters where they hold your stuff until you arrive, BagBudy stores your luggage offsite and meets you at the airport to return your items. Where my 5-star rating comes in is I realized this after I booked the service and when BagBudy reached out to confirm when I was arriving at the airport. As it turned out, my arrival in London was about 5 hours later than I originally planned. Despite this, the BagBudy guys were amazingly cool and flexible and met me at the appropriate time, keeping touch with me on WhatsApp to coordinate the drop-off/pickup at Heathrow. When we finally met up the two guys were very helpful in bringing me our bags and lifting them onto the sidewalk. I will definitely give them my business on future trips to London. Thanks a bunch!

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. So helpful and accommodating at every step in the process. Made traveling to the airport with 4 suitcases a breeze as I didn’t see my bags until checkin - much easier and more cost efficient than getting a taxi

Great experience
Great experience, so glad I booked since there was flooding that effected london underground transport and couldn't get a tube home. My luggage was delivered at the timeframe I booked. The gentlemen who waited for me to come out from arrivals at Heathrow was very nice and patient.

Stress-free travel to Heathrow
I cannot recommend BagBudy highly enough. As a student travelling from Bath to Heathrow, I had three large suitcases and a carry-on bag, and the thought of managing all of that to London was extremely stressful.
The driver arrived right on time, collected my luggage from my accommodation, and was exceptionally friendly, professional, and polite throughout the entire process.
If you’re travelling to Heathrow with multiple bags, especially if you’re using public transport, BagBudy is a game-changer. I’ll definitely be using them again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for an stress-free start to their travels.

Great service - would use again
My young family and I needed six checked bags taken from our home in southeast London to LHR - and I couldn’t recommend BagBudy more. Their website is easy to use, they currently offer a 15% welcome discount for new customers, and their staff are friendly and communicative. I was pleased to be given a 30-minute window on the day BagBudy came to pick up the luggage. Would definitely use again.

Very bad service and overcharge
It was terrible. I paid an extra £20 tp have my bag taken to check because my arm was broken but the guy whom I dealt with was not the same one transporting. I had to stand in the cold outside in the taxi ramp with a heavy trolley and badly broken arm in a cuff to get my suitcase , put it in the trolley and wheel it with one arm to air canada. I was returning ti Canada for surgery on my arm. The guy did not know me , I did not know what he looked like, I did not have a phone number. They promised to refund my overcharge of £20 but have not done so. Disgusting service . Subsequent to this review I was refunded my £20.
Needless to day I will not use them again. They need to get their logistics in order.

Bag Budy was very helpful and useful
Bag Budy was very helpful and useful instead of carrying my bag around London.
I had to wait longer than expected due to traffic and there was a slight confusion in my terminal drop off but was rectified very quickly.
Definitely recommend and price was very reasonable.
