Ordered The Car by Arctic Monkeys and it did not arrive, after a Month of Delay the package was marked as Lost so I've opted for shipping replacement, however after seller reassured that I want replacement and not refund, they stopped responding to my mails and replacement was never sent.

There was a mix up between Royalmail and USPS and my package was unable to be located. The merch team was very professional and replied to my inquiry within 2 hours of emailing them. I was able to locate my package and picked it up today!

After my order was lost in transit - I contacted Customer Services a few times before finally my problem was picked up by George. He re-ordered my parcel and got it tracked, and it finally arrived last week. I ordered it mid October!

Ordered some items back in September, am still missing a couple of items. One was a preorder which was meant to be shipped from October still nothing. The other is in stock on the site, but still not been delivered! The customer service is useless,and there online chat never responds! I’ve been told not to contact again if about the same order!! ( I’ve messaged once about this) I’ve ordered from the US site and it got delivered very quick! God knows what goes on with the Uk site!! I would not recommend buying from them, very disappointing! Love Coldplay not there merchandise site!

I ordered a concert poster but to tell you the truth, when i looked closer at where it was coming from i thought it was a 50/50 shot that i would ever get the poster or my money back considering i am in the USA and my poster was coming from the UK. Riddle me this - better customer service than any local companies in my own backyard. When i questioned where it is i got a very reassuring email that it was on its way. BOOM I GOT IT . Great poster, paper stock feels really expensive. My mistake was I only bought one. Thank you for your help Isla. Barry Hochstein

Jayda was extremely helpful and thoroughly answered any question I had. That being said, although I appreciated the excellent customer service I hope my package is not ultimately missing so I wouldn't need her assistance again.
