No problems with ordering. Very prompt service. Were promised a text prior to delivery, which we didn't receive, but we were out when courier called, who tried to get neighbour to sign for item and leave it on our porch in full view of road. Fortunately neighbour got courier to take it into her house before she signed.

shopped around to get the best deal, the price on this site was the lowest i found. once ordered, my cosytoes was dispatched the following day. i even received a text message the day of my order stating that my order would arrive between 2pm and 3pm, so no waiting at home for hours. and then at 2 minutes past 2pm, it arrived! excellent service, would shop here again.

Really pleased with this product it arrived very quickly and is a perfect sized bag if your just going on a short trip out. Plenty of space for all of babies essential and lots of pockets to keep things organised. Would definitely recommend this product :-)

After much searching we knew which products we wanted. By buying all three (pushchair, carry cot and car seat) together at Babythings4u.co.uk, we managed to save nearly £200. Even though I ordered on New Year's Day, all items arrived as promised on the 4th January. It was also excellent I received a text on the day with the hour slot of expected arrival. I found Babythings4u the cheapest online for the products I was looking for - a Phil&Ted pushchair with several accessories. Also, I made an error with my order and missed an item I needed off but the customer services were incredibly quick to respond to my query and resolved the problem straight away. And delivery was the next working day! I had not heard of the company before but I really cannot recommend them highly enough. Fantastic!

We orderd our buggy on Saturday and it was delivered with an allocated hour slot time on monday so we didn't have to stay in all day, excellent value for money as mother care is selling the same buggy for £100 more!!
