Delivery parcel very poor
Not happy at all , my parcel was burst open and luckily for me all my items were still there but very poor quality of box as it looked like it had been played football as . Not happy at all

Excellent Baby Stuff!
Order arrived promptly, even got a phone call to let me know something was out of stock and an alternative sent. Our colleague's desk is going to look fantastic when we decorate it - such a great selection (and the large nappy pins are so cute!!)

Good variety of products.
Very Happy with my products, not so happy with the communications side of things, I emailed over 2 weeks ago, still haven't received a reply, I was inquiring about having my products shipped to Ireland, ended up having to get them shipped to a friend in UK and got them to post to me.

Ordered a gift for my daughter in law. paid next day postage. Gift arrived at the couriers depot but was not delivered!! Had to ring from Spain to try and sort it out but all too late for the Shower. Baby Shower Host supplied me with a £2 refund for difference of postage. An absolute joke.

I was looking for a baby shower card for my daughter. I found just the card i wanted but as there was so many other things to look at i spent more than i thought i was going to because of such a wide variety of things. What did i buy? A card, 2 different types of sprinkles and a balloon which i then took down to one of my local card shops to fill with helium....all in all i am one happy granny to be!

Totally deceiving photos !!
I received my order yesterday evening and was highly disappointed to see the contents.
Half of the items were missing from Tiny Feet Express Party Pack (16)
The photo shows pink & blue balloons whereas I was sent multi-colour balloons which just not go with the theme. As also alternates were sent for party favours that I orfered without informing or asking me.
I’m highly disappointed or rather feel cheated that I’ve been sent incomplete order, replacement items which I didn’t want or like either. I must say, the photos on the website are great and totally deceiving as all items are of very cheap quality in real.
I’m returning the entire order. Thank you for spoiling my party !!
