ordered a spare part for a Tissot watch after asking a question on their website and recieving a prompt reply. The part has been recieved in double quick time and I made the repair myself with a few tools ordered from Amazon (cheap as chips) saved mysaelf a whole lot of grief!

I was a little reluctant sending my expensive watch the other end of the country. How wrong was I?. From the first contact when an estimate was requested to the return of my watch was totally effortless. I was kept informed at every step of the process. I loved the customer service - this is the only place in London where I can get a battery replaced in my Longines watch - and it took only 1 hour waiting as I went directly to the shop. Mr Babla is a very knowledgable watch maker and gave me excellent advice! I will be back when my watch needs its service!

Took my Tissot T-Touch Expert to jewellers for battery replacement. Watch would not function at all afterwards. On the strength of the reviews I tried Babla's Jewellers. Followed their instructions and sent off my watch. Good communications by Babla's and price discussed via email. After agreeing price and repair, the watch was despatched back to me a lot quicker than anticipated and in excellent working order. Also in splendid jewellery style box as if it were a new watch!

My husbands aviator watch strap broke and we have been to so many watch specialists to get a strap and none of them could help so I went on line to see if I could get one and Babla’s came up, so I ordered one. I chose not to get it the next day even though it was a Christmas present but Babla’s sent out so fast I got it the day before Christmas Eve, much to my surprise. What a fantastic service, will go back to them again !

Really fantastic service. I have a Gucci watch which I purchased about 6 years ago and the strap fell off. I went to the Gucci store and they could not help me, went to the place I purchased the watch from who could also not helped me so I searched online and found Babla's. I took my watch to the store, they ordered the strap, it arrived within 2 weeks and they text me when they received it. I went to the store the next day with my receipt and they fitted it on for me. Very friendly man serving, they have got it spot on. Would definitely go back.

I was looking on the internet for someone to put a battery in my TAG Heuer watch and found this shop . I made a few enquires with the gentleman on the phone who was very pleasant. I made my way down to the shop in Wembley and handed my watch to him and he guaranteed the watch would take just over an hour to do because of the pressure test . I went to collect the watch and he’d finished with the watch and I was ready to go . I’d done the final paperwork and I was on my way home . Excellent work and costumer service would recommend this company .

The ONLY place where I could find a Tissot watch strap at a sensible price. Delivery was quick. Was slightly disappointed that I had to remove metal clasp from old strap to fit to new one but I soon got the hang of it!

Excellent customer service - based on my first experience I cannot recommend BABLA's enough.

I found Babla's on Google when the local 'watch repairer' kept accepting it, having it for weeks on end, charging me and returning it in a worse state than it went to them. The glass kept falling out and it eventually stopped. The local repairer returned it saying I should find a Gucci expert but I couldn't find one in this north-west part of the country. It is a lovely Gucci watch and it wanted care and attention. I was apprehensive when I sent it off to Babla's but I had no reason to be. Babla's were the epitome of excellent communication, professionalism and superb workmanship. I received a detailed quote, accepted it and I received my watch back this morning. It is pristine and the Babla's guarantee gives me every confidence that the workmanship equals the appearance. I can't thank Babla's enough and I can't rate them highly enough for restoring my watch to this pristine condition.

I have a 30 year old longine watch. Not worth much now I expect, but it has great sentimental value. Before I found babla's, I took it to a whole host of reputable jewellers in my area, whenever it needed servicing or the battery changing. I might as well have taken it to whipsnade Zoo and got the monkeys to work on it. At least I wouldn't have been ripped off for work that either wasn't done at all, or done extremely badly. Even for a battery change, it regularly came back with scratch marks from where the id**ts had tried to remove the back plate. Now, whenever I need a service, battery change or even a new watchstrap, I do the 90 minute commute from StAlbans to Babla's in Wembley, knowing that the work will be done properly. Believe me, it's worth it.

Second time of having my Tissot watch battery replaced here.
Fantastic service. Cannot fault. Watch was polished and steam cleaned also and they managed to remove a scratch that was on the clasp. Accredited for many top end brands. Highly recommend.

I took my Tag Aquaracer to Bablas Jewellers and I'm very happy with the job they did. I feel as if I have a brand new watch now. They also gave me very helpful advice about another of my watches to get it working again so I don't need to have it mended. I would recommend Bablas very highly.
