I ordered an engagement ring from Azeera and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The ring was perfect, great quality and beautiful. Aside from the ring, the customer service from these guys was fantastic. Any questions or help I needed I would reach out via the chat function on the site and they would get a response right away, even one time when I messaged around 10PM!

Puneet is so incredibly talented! In discussing how I liked components from different engagement sets, he said he would pull together a design incorporating features from those rings into one engagement set that I would love. When he sent me the proofs it was as though he pulled the vision directly from my subconscious! Working with him was such a perceptive and collaborative process; making the experience so much more special and personalized! Initially I was skeptical but he walked me through the process of picking stones within my budget and fine tuning the details. I am so glad I trusted him because I could not be happier! I was amazed at how reasonably priced (much lower than chain stores and other famous online vendors) the entire process was with better quality diamonds! I am very particular and did not see exactly what I wanted in “off the shelf” settings. Puneet was able to design the engagement set of my dreams within my budget!

I Just bought a ring from azeera. I could not be any happier with how the ring turned out. She can't stop talking about it. Although is not an exact replica of the original ring she talked to me about, she loves this version. She also told me, she is getting a lot of compliments!

Customer service was amazing was such a pleasure dealing with them . Ordered cufflinks and came 10 days earlier then expected looking better then I could have ever hoped for. I definetly would recommend ordering from them, you will not regret it!

I reached out to chat on the website and little did I know, I was chatting directly with the owner. After explaining my needs, he promised to get back to me quickly via email. Within 10 minutes he emailed me back, and agreed to the price, and more importantly, the expedited delivery, which was critical because it was my anniversary.
After receiving his email, I called him and he answered right away (on Saturday ). He explained to me the history of his company, as well as a detailed description/education on the quality of diamonds and sapphires in the ring. Even though the ring was not in stock and had to be made, he promised me that it would ship overnight Wednesday ( 3 days later ) for Thursday morning delivery. He updated me every day via email and Wednesday sent me very thorough tracking information for the overnight shipment arriving Thursday am. At 10:00 sharp Thursday morning a beautifully decorated box arrived with another beautifully decorated smaller box inside. The ring was more incredible than any pictures I looked at and the color and clarity of the stones were even better than he described.

Expensive Jewelry is hard to buy sight unseen via telephone or internet. I can tell you that this experience was the best experience I've ever had, not just with Jewelry, but with anything I've purchased in my 52 years. If you are reading this and considering buying anything from Azeera, call Rohan Agrawal and trust every word he says. Truly an all around first class experience and Ive been told by others that I'm hard to please.:)

Puneet is absolutely amazing. The customer experience was excellent. He was able to meet and go beyond my expectations. The craftsmanship is five star and came out exactly as I envisioned it. He was very knowledgable and honest BUT never tried to upsell or change my mind. I will definitely recommend him.

I purchased the Petite Nati Ring from AZEERA after a few weeks of researching rings online. I recently got a raise at work and wanted to get something to treat myself. Growing up my mom always had a few pieces of nice jewelry that she liked to wear daily. She called it them "princess jewels" because it made her feel special. I thought, I'm an adult and I deserve something special too!
Citrine is my birthstone and pink tourmaline is my mother's. I wanted a simple ring that had both those stones. It was difficult finding something nice with those two gemstones. Especially in simple designs. I wanted something simple and less flashy. I wanted to wear to work without drawing too much attention, but big enough to be noticeable. The AZEERA Petite Nati Ring was perfect for me.
Compared to other websites, AZEERA's collection of design was by far the best. Other websites had a lot of gaudy styles with big stones. It was difficult finding something nice with smaller stones. With bigger rings, I'm always afraid of knocking it and chipping a stone. Judging from the pictures in the reviews in the other sites, the quality of the gemstones were also not as nice.
The AZEERA Citrine Petite Nati Ring with Pink Tourmaline is incredible! The gems are so well made. They have a tantalizing sparkle and I can't stop looking at them. I love playing with the ring in light. Not only is the ring nice, but the quality of all the extra materials I got with. I was shocked to find an extra gemstone with the ring. I love my ring and I love that I can wear it every day.
