The ring was very nice and got here in time for Christmas. I liked the email updates telling me which step in the manufacturing process it was at.

But it did not include a COA, appraisal, or even receipt. Which I would like to have, I don't have a printer.

Each ring is custom made, and I received updates as my order progressed - which was very exciting! My ring was shipped FedEx and arrived quickly. Though, I was surprised a signature was not required.
The packaging and presentation was very impressive! My ring itself is PERFECT! Exactly what I’d been looking for to add to my wedding stack. I would absolutely order other pieces.

Wow. The 2 rings I ordered with Sam's help are absolutely stunning. I expected to wear them stacked on my thumb, but one is enough, so my sister will be wearing the other. I ordered black onyx with lab diamonds in bezel settings; a perfect choice for me. The diamonds are dazzling, and the onyx dresses them up even more. I couldn't be more happy with the salesmanship, craftsmanship, and quality of both!

My experience with Azeera has been nothing but stellar. Well crafted sparking gemstones with the setting and stones I chose. I never could find quite what I was looking for until I discovered Azeera. I have been totally satisfied with both my purchases.

Found Azeera online, and wanted to find a very unique piece of jewelry with very competitive rates. I looked for dual birthstone rings and could find nothing like this ring!! It was gorgeous and stylish, and the best part was seeing my wife have tears of joy when I gave it to her! Will use this place again and again!

I ordered a custom gemstone band of aquamarine and lab-created emeralds ($2500). The ring is lovely.
After having the ring for 1month, one of the stones cracked. Initially, I was asked to cover the cost of replacement, but ultimately customer service agreed to replace the stone.

AZEERA is great! I’ve had multiple custom pieces made and they are all beautiful and hold up well. They do more than just rings too! The prices are reasonable and even for custom pieces they ship out very quickly. Their customer service is top notch. They will definitely continue to be my go to place for jewelry.

I had to “guess-“timate”my size but it fit PERFECT! I paid retail,($$$) no doubt, though, it was affordable for me as a priority! But you have to ask/make special request for receipt/appraisal.
It took a while to create but as soon as I’d opted to cancel, it came within 48 HOURS!
All in all the customer service, communication was top notch for a relatively new company.
I highly recommend!

I got an eternity ring 7 months ago and stones are already falling out. I have two other eternity rings (from another store) that I’ve had for years and are going strong, so it’s not that I’m overly hard on jewelry. For a thousand dollars I would have expected good quality. Super disappointed.

They kept me informed about each step in the progress of my ring and it was delivered earlier than the estimated delivery date. As soon as I saw it I was in love! It is beautiful! I thought I had ordered the rose gold, but I actually ordered gold. I didn't notice for a few days, but when I did I loved it so much in gold, that I didn't care! When looking for the ring the Internet has many options to choose from. But I chose a ring from Azeera due to the fact that their website was easy to use and it allows me to customize the ring to my specs. They also have great communication in letting me know how and when the ring was coming along and when they would ship it. Even when they shipped it,they were quite discreet by putting it in an oversized unmarked box.
