Thank you for your comments. However, it is illegal to spam people and as such we as a company are totally spam compliant.
The Trust Pilot email requesting a review of your shopping experience is part of the order process and is only sent once.
Good range of products well priced.
My goods arrived prom promptly and staff were helpful.

Pleased with Product and great service.
Really pleased with the product,and would recommend it. Just started a new business so was really pleased to find a company that sells everything we need. I did think the delivery charge was a bit too much.

They do what they say on the label
I placed my order with this company the product arrived on time and without problems. A bit expensive I thought but will use again

Excellent service
Wanted a low cost item and was concerned about the £9 charge for delivery. I phoned and A W Smith agreed to sent it by 2nd class recorded for £2 something.
Ordered via their website with the £9 charge but added a note for staff to change the postage to that for 2nd class recorded.
No HTTPS on the A W Smith website so opted for cheque payment and sent this off right away. Item arrived very quickly.
Very pleased with excellent service.

Good quality, well packed and delivered exceptionally quickly
I wanted a baking tray in stainless steel like nearly all roasting tins, not cheap tin trays that are almost use and throw away, nor the so-called non stick trays that just do not do what they say on the tin.
I found what I wanted here at Smiths, in a size that made best use of my oven, were easy to clean and will probably last a lifetime

I WOULD USE MORE IF DELIVERY LEAD TIME WERE BETTER.

Excellent service, will use you again!!
When our order had not arrived as promised via courier I rang Smith's and they promptly dispatched it in one of their own vans.
It arrived about 2 hrs later, and considering we are about 130 miles from their office I have to congratulate them on their outstanding customer service.
