Smiths Silent Salesman 

I made a small order with this firm on 19 December, and was most pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and courtesy with which I was treated. My order arrived on December 23rd.
I was kept informed by telephone of the current status of the
order, and despite the high volume of Christmas orders, it was impressive to note that my very small order received the same attention to detail that a larger one would have expected.
Well done Smiths Silent Saleman for a good experience.

was very pleased with the service. website is very easy to use and everything can be easily found and viewed. The deliveries always turn up on time mostly earlier than expected, prices are very competitive overall a very good company to deal with in every aspect.

For an item of $15 aud the postage and delivery made the item total $123 aud. If you could accept a credit or debit card, it would make the cost viable as included in that cost was a bank cheque charge of $30 aud. All in all, was it worth it?
I'll be thinking twice before ordering anything else.
It's a shame that no-one seems to import these ham stands to Australia.

I reviewed a number of sites before buying. The choice and prices available at AW Smith was as good and better than all others.
I bought a cutlery set of victorinox cutlery and it was over £30 cheaper than the next cheapest,
Transaction was smooth and communications very helpful. Delivery price not expensive.
Would happily use again and will be first place I look and measure others buy.

Its simple get on the A.W.Smith & Son web site search for it check dimensions or size of, how many you need, pay and wait its arrival. Soon enough it comes quick enough that you get excited because the speed is a surprise then once you realize its what you wanted is there you feel chuffed but deflated because its not a present by an admirer. However before you know it you have everything you need. The real beauty of this Company is they are seriously competitive with your regular suppliers. I have a main supplier for the type of products i do frequently get from here also, I have been cheeky and compared their price against my supplier who has matched them for the business (not that i would endorse that sort of behavior). My only day for them is on Fridays and if i need it sooner A.W.Smith & Son are always there for me to rely on Thanks Guy's. Always a very contented customer. I have actually got a call from this Silent salesman as they were out of stock of something and needed contact to supply alternative. Even with this in mind I still received everything really quickly.

Offered the right advice on choice of machine and their customer service was some of the best i have ever had!

Providing any forms of tracking the parcel during delivery internationally will make it even better.

Nevertheless, I can always drop an email should there be a problem during delivery and they are always ready to respond.

This company had a fantastic range of products for me to pick from. The service i thought was exceptional and they delivered when they said they would. I would highly reccomend them to anyone.

Although next day delivery was quite expensive, we needed the item urgently so paid the extra. Sure enough the delivery appeared on the correct day. I was very pleased.

I've ordered butcher's supplies from A W Smiths before and am always pleasantly surprised by how quickly they arrive, how well packed they are and the generally quality of the product. This was no exception. They had the best product at the best price.

Everytime I use A W Smith they have what I want in stock and deliver it when they say they will, can't ask for much more than that!

On each of the three or four occasions that I have dealt with Smiths Silent Salesman I have had a good experience. The item descriptions have been accurate, the prices very reasonable and deliveries are quick. The tools that they sell are professional standard and so far I haven't had to return one item.
It's a shame that there aren't more companies like this one.
