Bought a new Avtex 21.5 inch Smart Pro with Freely to replace our current model that was 7 years old and sold with our old motorhome. Instant set up, very easy, always happy with quality of their goods.

Great experience, quick and easy to fit, good picture. Went back and bought a 2nd one for bedroom

Lovely tv and easy to install

Easy to set up tv with clear on screen instructions.
Excellent piture with good easy on screen intructions to adjust colour, brightness & contrast. Also sound adjustment are excellent giving you a choice of standard, theatre, dynamic & sport. Well worth the price to buying quality.
Would buy again!

Great TV for my Motorhome, great picture quality and sound pretty good but I will be hoping to add a soundbar to improve further, also love the freely idea to watch live tv over WiFi

Just received the V21DS , early to say about reliability but the picture is very good and set up easy . However I think a simpler stratforward instruction sheet for older purchases would be advisable has my partner didn’t realise there was a on of button at the side as well has on the top . Overall pleased first impressions.

Amazing TV with excellent picture quality and sound. I bought it for my Campervan and really impressed and it was so easy to set up. The case makes it ideal to pack away all the leads and remote control.

Very disappointed with this TV , not worth the extra expense of 24v supply for my boat.
Get continual errors when using freely live and errors when using catch up on C4 , 5 and U , generally when adverts start or finish.
Have the latest software and 4G LTE connection. Sent an email to support , never got an answer.
Getting close to getting rid of it.
Very disappointed in the Atex brand.

05/06 supposed to have received a phone call from technical support, made an effort to get to my boat for the call as they finish at 4:30 , no call received.
Took the TV back to factory settings and setup again, still issues when streaming on 5 and U

Excellent support from real experts to questions that I had.
Already had a very old AVTEX tv. Also have a Smart tv but this was my first experience to Freely and also to VIDAA. it would have been helpful to be presented with more knowledge of these new experiences, what they offer, their relevance etc. then the Start-up info would have been much easier to understand and use
And ray guide of how best to use all of these features when good WiFi is available but also how to adapt for when one may be touring with aerial only. After all Abtex does promote its ability to cover one’s needs when touring!!
But now performing well and sorted. Great product.

I have a Garmin Avtex Tourer Three satnav. This is quite an expensive item. It has stopped providing map and software updates. On attempting to update via Garmin Express all I get is "There was an error installing the update". Garmin Express have been useless. I was told to reinstall Garmin Express several times but this made no difference. They eventually gave up trying to solve the issue. It is also possible to update maps without connecting to Garmin Express, which I have done in the past; however, this doesn't work either now. Hence the low rating - I would have given zero rating if this had been possible. The problems have been ongoing since 2025.

Service was superb. Equipment is of the highest quality. Very easy to install and set up, I would recommend Avtex to anyone as I have done to my friends in the caravan and motorhome community

My husband and I have an Avtex 16" TV in our campervan. On holiday, my husband accidentally "snagged" the lead, whilst making the beds up. It came out of it's socket and no longer worked. I contacted Avtex, but didn't think I'd be able to get a replacement lead as the TV is 16 yrs old. When I rang, I was told I needed to speak to the engineers. They posted a new lead out to me at the camp site we were at, but it didn't fit. Altogether, 2 more were posted out but the 3rd one fitted. Because they managed to find the right one for us, we now have a working TV. We had to phone several times when the first 2 leads didn't fit, but they never gave up. We were helped by Tom, who was brilliant and who "went above and beyond" to help us. If I could, I would give them 10 stars instead of 5 stars for their customer service. My rating for them is "excellent".

Never disappoints, this is the 2nd piece of equipment I have had and work better that expected
